A quality product at a very good price and very helpful customer services and technical help desk, cannot fault them at all.

On their apparently busiest day of the year it was a limited discussion when I was seeking advice and guidance but seems it was sufficient to enable me to order what I wanted accurately. For unknown reason I didn't receive an order confirmation email so was somewhat dubious as to my order materialsing. However the following day I was advised that delivery would be between 3 and 4, with the courier arriving on the nail at 3. One item was inaccurately supplied but a phone call resolved it instantly and the correct item arrived within 24hours. They will be supplying my lighting needs in future.

The lights are exactly what I wanted and look great and give off more light than I expected, which is a good thing. I asked for next day delivery, and was willing to pay, but was told they'd be with me by the next day anyway. It took three days for them to be delivered. It's something I'd be wary of in the future when I'm looking for lights for my extension.

Little ole me wanting one of this and two of that and asking what can I use to replace. Not quite happy with something return it or buy one of each and return the one you don't like. Company like this are few and very far between. They know their subject very well and nothing is too much trouble. Prices are good delivery's reliable and predictable

I had a problem with 8 Megaman 7W Opal LED golfball bulbs. The dimmers supplied worked in a limited fashion with 2 of the bulbs in wall lights, they failed completely with the 6 in the ceilmg lights. I asked Megaman to specify the correct dimmer modules, I had an email recommending Zano 500. I found that DownlightsDirect stocked these modules, placed an order and was amazed to receive them next day. These modules did not work so I immediately contacted DownlightsDirect. They suggested that I try Varilight Pro modules which again arrived the next day & worked. I am delighted!!!

I had an excellent service from them. The strip lights came will full instructions and were fitted in under 15 minutes. I will certainly use them again

From ordering to delivery I was informed of progress and delivery was as forecast. Al was at it should be.

I had some payment problems and it wasn't very clear on the website what was happening. The staff were very helpful though and the order turned up the next day.
