Delivered the following day BUT as no one was in the packages were hidden down the side of the house with no notification. It was only when enquiring about delivery did I discover the rain soddened packages. Thus their dlivery partner could do better.

The web site is extremely helpful and contains lots of useful information to help a customer decide what is the most suitable downlighter for their application. The website also contains useful links to other sources of information, such as appropriate building regulations. They also produced a document comparing the different types of LED bulbs available along with their advantages, which I found useful in deciding what bulb to purchase and saved me looking on manufacturers’ websites. The explanation and video of the different types of lighting levels was very helpful and helped me decide what wattage of LED bulb was best for my requirements.
