Nice products, terrible service. For customers outside NL - they require a refund of shipping cost. For modern eCommerce totally out of bounds.

I love the Filling Pieces trainers and normally buy them from the UK shops like Flannels and END Clothing. However I wanted a light grey pair of the Low Top Ripple Crumbs and could only find them on their direct website so decided to buy. Now normally when buying from the UK you have to buy a size down from your normal size as they run big, so I did the same but upon receiving them they were too small. I had an initial nightmare trying to return the trainers as sent by Royal Mail and they ended up getting returned to sender in error due to a customs issue. I reached out to customer support and they were most helpful and advised which carrier to use to return and even reimbursed me £50 for the 2nd courier charge. I am a UK 8 and had to buy a 7.5 instead of 7 on their website so take advice as returns from UK are difficult. All in all a perfect result in the end and I am educated for future purchases. :-)

I’ve other a size down from my usual size due to their advice and also because I have ordered on another occasion my real size and the trainers came massive. So I’d have to size down 2 times in mens and 1 time in women shoes. However a size down was too small now and I wanted to exchange with a size up. I was aware I’d have to pay for return but their return procedures are terrible. No clear instructions with whom to send it back, and no labels of return. It’s easy to do the online request but sending it to The Netherlands from UK with Royal Mail cost me £12.99 and my parcel never arrived. So after contacting customer service they said nothing can be done from their side as the parcel is probably stuck at custom and I should contact Royal Mail or maybe lost. So I lost both the money from purchase and the return posting fees. I really like their products but will not buy again because of wrong sizes advice and no responsibility taken for shipping outside Europe.

Paire commandée début juin, nous sommes le 21 juillet je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande pourtant débitée. Mauvaise paire de chaussure envoyée : je reçois un autre modèle que le mien dans une mauvaise taille (du 45 au lieu du 36). Service de retour quasi inexistant puisque toujours pas validé. Après plainte de ma part, le colis avec la vraie paire de chaussures (apriori) est envoyé mais maintenant bloqué à l'entrepôt de livraison GLS sans aucune raison depuis 5 jours. Je regrette vraiment mon achat, je pense que vu l'expérience je ne veux même pas garder ces chaussures (si jamais je les reçois un jour...) Aucun geste commercial de la part de la marque malgré cette catastrophique expérience qui n'est toujours pas finie. À ce jour, juste arnaquée puisque débitée depuis plus d'un mois mais sans avoir reçu le produit. Une honte.

Ordered 3 pairs of trainers with the intention of sending 2 pairs back and keeping one. Whilst in the process of waiting for them the same trainers came up on other sites with 25% off. Naturally I ordered these as the filling pieces were not offering the discount on the pair that I had chosen. So on returning the above to filling pieces it turned out I was having to pay £60 to return them via Royal Mail and this only covered me up to £100. I have emailed filling pieces on 3 occasions to see what alternatives there are and up to now have not had a response from their customer service team after a week of chasing. Whilst I was aware that I would pay for a return I did not imagine it was going to be this sort of amount. If your looking to order from them don’t make the mistake I did of ordering more than 1 item from them and if you need any help with your order good luck!!! Such a shame because quality of their clothing/trainers is great but this experience will stop me buying from them again!!! Come on filling pieces get your act together

Hey Guys, Just about to purchase two pairs of trainers but your reviews are truly bad. Percentage wise: positive 26% negative some where around 46% That's really bad for the pricy shoes. You would expect better quality and service. Goodbye

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size buying shoes. In a mail I requested to receive the right size and I returned my shoes. My mail was never answered and in stead of receiving shoes, I got my money back.

Wish the customer support could be better. Already had 3 issues with the products and never was satisfied with the answers. Just for instance latest issue with the Gronick sunglasses mint: glasses became bended since half a year not using them and what I've got from customer support - "go to an opticien to get the glasses bent back", which is not the case cause they are made from plastic not metal to bend back. Guys been a loyal customer and a fan for a 6 years sometimes offering replacement for defected products or small bonuses will do the right treatment and put positive impression on a brand and definitely will satisfy loyal customer. Wish you all the best, Loyal customer and a fan.

I love the brand. Always innovative shapes and materials. My only complaint is the ripple sole being used on everything. I would prefer if you offered both smooth and rippled sole options. Vs only ripple. I would love if you also bring back some of the colorful color ways you had 4-5 years ago

I love your shoes...own 8 pairs...everything is perfect except I would love to have shorter laces ...they are too long and once you lace them it looks funny and silly...one more thing...insole is very often slippery...my foot slips inside all the time...it's not comfortable and very often I end up buying new insole to keep my foot in place

Ik heb mijn FP schoenen nu een jaar (met af en toe gebruik) maar ik blijf het een drama vinden om ze te dragen vanwege het afzakken van de sokken. Bij geen enkel ander paar schoenen heb ik er last van maar bij de FP al binnen 5 minuten. De onderstaande tip van FP slaat natuurlijk nergens op: het ligt niet aan de sokken maar aan de schoenen. Ik koop deze schoenen nooit weer. Als iemand een tip heeft hoe de schoenen eventueel aangepast kunnen worden ter oplossing van mijn klacht dan hoor ik die graag
