Shoes just fell apart after a few days of wearing. The sole came off. FP said that it was a manufacturing fault and had to sent them back. They sent me another pair. Same issue, the shoes just broke.. sole came loose again, parts of the shoe just broke off.. Eventually they refunded the purchase. But a part was refunded with store credit!! I don't want store credit as I don't want to buy from FP again.

Ik koop eigenlijk altijd filling pieces! Ze gaan lang mee en zijn super, echter heb ik bij elke paar een gigantische levertijd. Nu ga ik periode naar egypte, en heb ik schoenen nodig, heb ze maandag besteld 12-12-22 en heb nog steeds niks ontvangen, ik ga vrijdag naar egypte, en heb in een email, van “Martijn” te horen gekregen, dat ze binnen 3 dagen bij mij thuis zouden zijn! Dus waar zijn ze? En anders maak geen valse beloftes, ik ga morgen waarschijnlijk dus zonder goeie schoenen naar egypte, en daar baal ik enorm van. Heel slecht

quality of the clothes / shoes always as i wish. The size is good. The look is good. I like filling pieces a lot of years now.

Quality looks good, but sadly you pay 6€ for a return if you do not want to keep the shoes. It was my first time ordering filling pieces so I had to but multiple sizes.

I wore the boots 3 times and it damage. The support has a pics of this case.

Jacket is perfect. Good help ordering the right size. Delivery took longer than expected probably the cause of PostNL tho. It took more than a week. Package got delivered perfectly and I'm really happy with the free tattoos!

J'ai fait l'acquisition de baskets Filling pièces: 240 euros. Je n'en suis pas satisfait. Mauvaise conception: c'est bien ma pointure mais elles sont très larges. Conclusion: pas confortables, du fait de la largeur, le cuir se casse au bout de la basket dés la première utilisation. Qualité prix = très médiocre. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Shoe sizing was a mile off. Ordered back in may, returned the order. This was returned to me approx 6 weeks later due to address that is on the return label from Filling Pieces was not recognised by Dutch postal people. tried again, 2 months later returned to me for same reason. Dutch postal service is adamant that the return address doesn't exist. Filling Pieces say that it does.......someone is not telling the truth. Now have shoes that were £175 that are far too small and can't return. NOT IMPRESSED, won't be back!

I ordered a filling pieces varsity jacket that I enjoyed wearing for the past months. When I biked through the rain for one time half of the jacket gave off on the sleeve. This made that the jacket unwearable. When I contacted them they said that the jacket will not be fixed because I should not have biked through the rain. Even though that was literally the first time that my jacket got wet.

Clear site and delivery was really fast. Within 24 hours my order came in.

Absolutely love the Clothing and quality of this brand! I wish they catered more to women and had a bit more range material wise when it comes to their tracksuits/hoodies (some of them have a lot of lint) but overall definitely a favourite brand! The people who work there are really cool too!

Didn‘t get the right shoes, got the same I ordered a year ago, totally different color (brown), but ordered white one. Had to send them back and had to pay for resend, even if it was not my fault. Totally disappointed.

I ordered a pair of anana mules, with shells on them as i wanted something different and they look fabulous. It will be interesting to see what people say about them :)

I absolutely love the trainers, besides the fact i find the leather insoles are quite uncomfy at the beginning, can you please give me a suggestion on how to make the trainers more comfortable

I had one pair of their sneakers few years ago and was extremely satisfied. Then I ordered ace spin model and paid 220€ for it expecting excellent quality shoes but after 6 months of wearing them both soles got broken and I was forced to throw it in a trash. The quality probably declined a lot, super unsatisfied.

Very beautiful product but ridiculous customer service outside of the Netherlands! Not only do the shoes run large but there is also no free return offered - a basic standard today in the world of e-commerce. There is also no fair warning - it is hidden somewhere in the FAQ. I ordered a pair of shoes and received a link upon my return request, supposed to make my life easy. Customer service told me the return from USA would cost me about 30 USD. Expensive but I decided to send the ridiculously big shoes back. The link didn’t work as promised. All I got was a print out with an address. I ended up paying 70 USD for the return. Thank you very much filling pieces - I will never ever again order from you guys online!!!!!

My order got lost somewhere, no one was able to tell me where it was, I waited 5 weeks. I was told your shipping partner never replied to your queries and the parcel was lost, so then I asked for a new order. But the new order was never fulfilled because the shoes went out of stock in the meantime. Extremely disappointing….
