I have purchased from them before and never had any issues, however with this order the items kept getting delayed and delayed (3 months delayed!). When i asked to cancel they kept saying it wasn’t possible because it was already on its way to their warehouse. I am surprised and disappointed

Excellent experience. They had in stock an item that is no longer available in the U.K. from Le Creuset (colour Marseille Blue not available in the UK and many other countries). Although a U.S. site, the item was sent from Italy via FedEx. Some reviews mentioned VAT needed to be paid on delivery but that was not my experience. Highly recommend.

They had hard to find item to match other pieces in our kitchen set. Shipping was prompt (even though international). Realized when delivered that the description by manufacturer wasn’t clear and Tattahome responded quickly to send the part I needed to have a matching salt and pepper set (rather than 2 salts). Waiting times are unpredictable and then get a surprise VAT bill. I understand it’s a Brexit impact but when the company states there are no custom duties it should say that there is a VAT bill to come. They know that would put off customers and so keep quiet on that one. Given shipping costs and VAT cheaper to buy locally. Now they are also telling me to keep the items instead of accepting my return.

My experience with Tattahome has been nothing but amazing, the entire team especially Manuela and Aron, have facilitated me many times with some trouble in my International shipments. Their rates are exceptional and are always very accommodating.

Sadly after 8 weeks, I am still waiting for my item to arrive. And although the company are always apologetic- I hope I can receive a refund without any problems. I give 1* to Tattahome and 5* to Customer Services.

Both sides Manuela from Tattahome and myself drove a hard bargain but at the end we found a mutual solution that satisfied both parties. It was a pleasure doing business with her and the company. We bought various articles already and every time we did not encounter any problems. She is a true professional!
