My purchase was cheaper than anywhere else. My only gripe was a very long wait for its delivery.

Excellent very happy with your product

Placed an order for Smeg kettle in December 2023 - Andrew kept saying they were waiting on a delivery. Fast forward 5months and with regular emails, still nothing. Now I’ve asked for a full refund - and have been waiting weeks for my money back. No-one at Tattahome cares…. be warned!!

The pan arrived well packaged and perfectly safe

In February I ordered a Dolce & Cabana SMEG toaster and kettle, at over £800, asking that the items be delivered in time for my daughter,s birthday on March 25. I made several enquiries about the delivery before 25 March and was advised that they were not in stock but should be available by then. In early April I was told the items were in still not in stock so I requested cancellation and a refund. Surprisingly the toaster became available and was eventually delivered. As Andrew was not overly helpful regarding the refund I made a dispute with PayPal. Tattahomes repose to PayPal was providing a shipping order and delivery notice, not making any reference that it was only one item, so PayPal rejected my dispute claim. I have corresponded with Andrew many many times but he just keeps saying, speak to my bank as there us nothing he can do about it. PayPal are now reviewing and asked me to confirm with Andrew that the second item was paid for and not delivered. Andrew has refused to confirm, or otherwise that the item was paid for and not delivered. Total scammer. Do not touch them.

Simply awful. Payment taken for goods not stocked, goods never shipped, promises all broken, complete lack of knowledge over stock availability, payment held onto for months, payment only returned after threat of further action.

Terrible service, super slow delivery to UK from Italy, then just got a HUGE invoice to pay FedEx the value added tax. I thought I’d got a good deal but it’s very apparent I didn’t and have paid more than I would’ve done with a UK company. I’m starting to not trust Google shopping ads as that’s how I came across Tatta. They seem to be able to get away with displaying VAT exclusive pricing so of course it seems cheaper.

Oh my goodness. I've never, in my life, dealt with such a rude man. Andrew from the customer service team was horrendous to deal with, so rude. My order was different from the image. When I politely asked if I could return them, he was very aggressive and told me it would be at my expense. He added that 'shipping cost and import duties' would be deducted from my refund. His tone was so unprofessional. He was very unpleasant to me. A truly awful experience, please don't use this company. Also, on a side note, I didn't know they were based in Italy. It took three weeks to get my order.

Everything arrived in perfect condition, and while it took a while to ship because items were back ordered, once shipped the shipping was very fast.

Absolutely amazing!

I was so happy to find the tea kettle I wanted at Tattahome. It was out of stock everywhere in the United States. The price was reasonable, though shipping fees etc. definitely boosted it up quite a bit. But it still seemed reasonable for such a beautiful and hard to find product. We are really happy with our purchase.

I ordered a set of cereal bowls for my daughter. Great value, a set of six. If I’d ordered them from a different website, I would have only got four for the same price. I did have to pay delivery,which I wasn’t pleased about. But for the same price with free delivery, I still would have only got 4 dishes. So it paid to shop with Tattahome.

A little skeptic at first but my Le Creuset arrived fine and in perfect condition, and much cheaper than everywhere else! Took about 10 days from the date of order to delivery (in the UK). Would use this company again! Actually already looking for more
