The customer service I received from Andrew was fantastic. My item arrived on time but was unfortunately damaged in transit. Andrew immediately attended to the replacement and it arrived shortly thereafter. I am very satisfied with Tattahome and will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

The shipment was delayed for two weeks as claimed by the shop. And the receiver information was put in a wrong way which caused extra works for me to explain to the custom and I was requested to provide additional document yo clear the custom.

At first I was sceptic, and when I had heard nothing after 5-6 weeks (estemated time delivered 3-4 weeks) I got a bit scared so I send an e-mail. Andrew contacted me and kept me informed during the time being. He had a partial of items delivered and kept me informed about the final shipment. Only downside I had: that 3-4 weeks turned into 3 months. But them again, it was worth the wait.

I was unable to track the order. The order was shipped many months after I ordered. I could not follow up because I did not have a contact. I bought another gift and to my surprise I saw the email that the chairs were shipped. This was a very costly present and the lack of contact was horrible.

I know that imported goods will have addtional tax payment when arrive to my country and i am ok with that, but you put additional 0 in the bill and I had yo pay more for vat and customs, my bill was 400 Euros and the bill sent with the package was almost 4000 euro
