Asked for a refund and 2 weeks later I get contacted to say the SMEG has finally arrived in their warehouse and if I was interested in getting it, instead of a refund. So all along they never actually triggered a refund and I was just āluckyā the SMEG turned up.

United Kingdom | 27 February 2025Order waaaay overdue and when contacted they promised it was coming but even later still. That deadline came and went and they ended up ghosting me completely. Had to get the credit card company involved for a refund. I think I'd have lost the lot otherwise.

United States | 25 February 2025If any Tatta Home customers are waiting for a refund, I highly suggest open a Paypal claim directly. Tatta Home customer service would lie about "promising a refund". They will endlessly delay the refund, until a case is open. UPDATE 2/27: Tatta Home accused me of fake review. I have all the email evidence of how they "promised" me refund but not actually refund it. Staff Andrew was the one who assisted me. He kept saying he "urged his coworkers". However, his coworkers never process the refund as I requested, and he knows for sure his coworkers ghosted me. The refund request was approved by Tatta Home on 2/5. I waited until the week of 2/17, gave out final deadline of 2/19 wednesday, and then I extended the deadline AGAIN to 2/21 Friday because I thought Andrew was a sincere guy (he is not; he does not demand his coworkers to process refund for customers obviously). On 2/25, I decided that since Tatta Home does not respect me, as I have been very communicative and have reached out to them multiple times in the duration of 3 weeks, I opened a PayPal case, and uploaded all the email evidence. Paypal very quickly supported my case and processed the refund within 24 hours. TO ANDREW AND TATTA HOME: Opening Paypal case is not a threat. You are using the word mistakenly. Paypal supported my case is solid proof that your business was acting dishonestly. Also refunds are INSTANT on Paypal; There is no processing time. I did not see any refund by 2/25, and that being said, your business simply did not refund me. Stop lying about "process time" or "transaction time". I have got refunds on Paypal before and I know how it works. ORIGINAL REVIEW 2/25: They promised a refund for price match, but then went ghosted when I asked for the refund. On 2/5 they agreed to price match a home scent, the refund would be 54 euros. It is 2/24 and I still haven't received any refund. I am turning to Paypal to solve the issue.

However after paying for them was informed that the item was no longer in production. They offered me a refund which i went for but it has now been over a month and the refund has still not been processed, i have contacted them several times and they tell me there are delays in administration. Just checking online today, they are still listed as in stock.

They are now not processing a refund 6 months later. Not legit. Only now after posting have I been contacted about a refund.

My order took over two months to arrive, and by the time it finally showed up, I had already decided it wasnāt worth the wait and requested a refund. Thatās when things got even worse. It has now been another two months, and I still havenāt received my refund. Their customer service is completely uselessāthey provided no real answers, no resolution, and just kept delaying the refund by a week every time I followed up. At this point, it genuinely feels like Tattahome is running a scam. There is zero accountability, no effort to fix issues, and no respect for customers. I would strongly advise against shopping hereāsave yourself the stress and spend your money elsewhere.
