Item was despatched promptly and received intact. However, it was not delivered to the address I requested. Despite an email from customer service at the time of ordering that my request for delivery to a different address was acknowledged and would be no problem, it was seemingly ignored.

I have not yet inspected the desk lamp. But it seems well packed and I do not anticipate any problem. The only issue that I had with Tattahome was the long delay. I expected 4-5 weeks delay but it was longer. Once I raised this issue, the response was rapid and competent. Delivery then took place within the proposed time period.

**** Do not buy from this company as they lack any integrity and lack any customer care and you will be stung with EXTRA HIDDEN COSTS **** Their website clearly states 'Following BREXIT UK customers will not be charged any customs duties' at the time of my purchase in November 2024 and yet I have been invoiced for customs duties of more than £40! almost 30% of the purchase price of the item!! After several communications between myself and the company, they have ignored the fact that their website claims 'Following BREXIT UK customers will not be charged any customs duties' and refused to offer anything as a gesture of goodwill. **** Do not buy from this company as they lack any integrity and lack any customer care and you will be stung with EXTRA HIDDEN COSTS ****

you were super slow in shipping (30days after payment was made), and it was not super clear that the price was in USD (from Singpore i imagined that $ meant SGD).

Wanted a Le Creuset large tagine which is not sold in the US. Found several European sites that wouldn't ship to the US. Got what I wanted at a good price from Tattahome

It wasn't clear when I ordered these lamps that the seller was outside the UK. Having paid an initial £200 approx to buy them, I had to pay a further £55 (tax and FedEx handling fee) to get them through customs which I wasn't expecting and I'm annoyed. THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY EXPLAINING THE UK TAX RULES BUT IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE UK, WHY DO YOU ADVERTISE YOUR PRODUCT IN £STERLING? IT IS MISLEADING THANK YOU FOR YOUR OFFER TO REFUND COSTS. IT'S GENEROUS OF YOU BUT I DON'T THINK THAT WILL BE NECESSARY. I HAVE MADE MY POINT WHICH IS THAT IT'S MISLEADING TO SELL SOMETHING WITHOUT MAKING THE BUYER AWARE OF (IN THIS CASE, SUBSTANTIAL) ADDITIONAL COSTS

Very nice interface, wide range of products, very responsive customer service. My only small issue was that the item I ordered was not in stock, and it took long to be dispatched. But a quick chat with their customer care agent was all it took to make this right.

Purchased a ham slicer but there is no stock. Waited for two weeks until it can be shipped. Purchased an add-on board for the slicer and it arrived broken because it is just poor quality. The clue of the product was dried out and the board fell off into two parts.

Do not use this company. It is now almost 3 months since they took £154 for a Smeg Kettle order and after continued promises that it was on it's way. No Kettle has been delivered. I asked for a Full refund so I could order from another supplier, but just getting false promises of a refund. It appears to be a scam company to me.

My new Le Creuset braiser travelled all the way to Florida, USA. The pot was carefully packed with bubble wrap and a cardboard bumper, along with pot clips, helped protect the inverted lid. The shipping box was cut to size and taped securely. The braiser is perfect—nary a scratch or chip anywhere.

Fantastic! My pieces arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described. It took quite a while, but I expected that. They said it up front. Communication could be a little better… something in my order was on back order, but I couldn’t tell what or how much longer it would take. I wish I had gotten an email update, but otherwise it was a perfect transaction and I couldn’t be happier. I will order from this company again!

The Espresso machine I purchased performed well. I was disappointed however by the way the company handled the additional customs and VAT charges applied to my purchase at the time of international delivery. Before the shipment was delivered, I called Tatta by phone about the additional charges my local Fedex was wishing to add of almost 500 Euros! The company deceived me by first telling me to pay and that they would credit the amount later. This was a trick ofcourse because as soon as I accepted the delivery and the charges were paid, when I followed up the matter by email, they refused to bear any of the additional duties or charges applied at the time of international delivery. While I understand that duties and taxes are determined by the importing country, they were not forthcoming or fair in this transaction. At no point during the purchasing process was it made sufficiently clear that such significant additional charges would apply, nor was there an explicit breakdown of these costs. Transparency about potential additional fees is essential to ensure that customers can make informed decisions. The unexpected nature of these very high charges, combined with the significant price of the machine was something I was not prepared for. While I really like the espresso machine, their deceitful methods will lose them my repeat business.
