Bought two lights from Tattahome. Initially said they would be delivered in 4 weeks. It took 10 weeks for them to arrive an then there was an import tax to add to the price. Customer service was ill informed. Do not buy from this company it is expensive and slow.

Product was delivered 2 weeks ahead of my schedule. Status update of the product was timely.

I had a great experience purchasing from Tattahome. I was leery at first because the price was so low, and I had never ordered anything 'large' from overseas. But the process was easy, the communication was accurate and timely, and the quality of the product was fantastic. Just as I had hoped. My only cautionary point is to make sure you order a US plug version of your product. I didn't see that option and had to buy an EU/US plug adapter to make the light work.

Whilst the website may appear the cheapest and bluntly state “no import duty on shipments to the UK” - be warned their price does not include VAT and you will be subject to this on import of 20%. With the long lead times, had I known of this VAT exclusion, I probably would have preferred to buy it elsewhere.

It was not the first time I deal with Tattahome: this time I purchased a Lalique vase and I was able to save several hundreds of dollars compared to the original price. Their employees (customer care) are always very kind and professional and they pay a lot of attention to the customer for a complete satisfaction. I definetly recommend Tattahome.

I was looking for Le Creuset rainbow tableware for my Granddaughters for Christmas and really could not find the dishes I wanted in the US. In my search I happened upon Tattahome and decided to give them a try. I have now received 2 orders from them and expecting a third soon. The Le Creuset bowls, plates, have all arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The bonus here is even with the shipping cost everything I have purchased has been cheaper than Amazon, eBay or Posh.

Placed and paid for an order on Wednesday 7th August, received the item on Monday 21st October 2024. The item is fine, but in over 10 weeks, I received no communication about delays to the order processing.

The service not only help to sort out the product I need but also offer efficient delivery :)

It took more than one month from the date of order to the date of receiving the item. In the interim, there was no communication or status update regarding the order. I escalated the issue with customer service, and they also couldn’t provide an estimated delivery time. The item was absolutely late for the birthday present!
