Excellent quality of piece, great price and customer service was responsive and professional. However, long delivery time extended even well beyond August holidays and piece delivered with slight scratch. Not worth trouble of returning. But for that, would be five stars

Sink àrrived smashed. It was poorly packed. The delivery driver was very good and took photos and took the package away. However after waiting 3 weeks for delivery we are without a bathroom basin. It is now 9 days since I requested a refund and I have heard nothing apart from a request to amend my negative review.

Tattahome is very responsive if you are proactive in reaching out. Even better if expectations were managed by them letting you know likely timescale of delivery upfront. Great to get the trusted shops protection as part of purchase but when the 30 days is coming up to expiry and you still have not had a delivery note it causes concern. In my case unwarranted as my beautiful Tom Dixon table arrived day 31 via DHL Express in perfect condition. Be aware you will need to factor import tax when it arrives to total cost of purchase. Perhaps another sting of Brexit

At point of order it said the item would arrive in 3-4 weeks. 7 weeks later the item has not arrived. I contacted customer service numerous times who were very prompt at replying, advising me the product was out of stock. I would not use this company again.

Excellent customer service, contacted me as the product was no longer in production, offered a refund or similar product, I chose the similar product and it was despatched within a day and arrived before the due date. They have a really good range particularly Le Creuset at more affordable prices than I can get in the UK even with the delivery charge. Package was wrapped well and courier left it with a neighbour which was great. I’ll be buying from Tattahome again

Processing and shipping time were pretty quick! The item arrived in pristine condition, too.

Received poor quality and defective item , refuse to take item back, also made wrong declaration on shipping, so i should pay Vat. Purchase was made on company which is registered Vat, so should be any taxes.
