United States | 27 September 2024I ordered a rug in February, it was expected to take 4-5 weeks. 8 months later the rug shipped, but the carrier refused to deliver it until I paid an additional $200 in duty fees despite my original purchase invoice indicating all costs were paid. I had to drive to the warehouse to pay the fees in person and pick up the rug myself because my email was not linked to the shipment. Customer service failed to provide timely updates. Overall this was an awful experience.

After I ordered a smeg kettle and toaster i soon realised that this specific colour had been discontinued and also that buying from the UK you would incur a 35% tax import because it was from Russia. I had to fight for them to do the right thing and cancel my order and refund me. The agent lied and dragged me along for 3 weeks saying it had been cancelled even though I hadn’t received an email confirming the cancellation. It was only after threatening to go through PayPal which has buying protection etc that I finally received an email confirming the order was cancelled and I’d be refunded. I was at breaking point as I was in very much need of the money back. I then had to wait another 7 days for the E cheque to clear there bank. Just a total and utter nightmare from start to finish.

United States | 25 September 2024To begin with, it took WAY more than "3 to 4 weeks" to get my order. My payment was accepted on August 13, and it didn't even ship until September 13. I thought I could use a plug adaptor for this appliance, but it turns out I can't use it AT ALL. It works with 220-240 volts and USA is 110v. I feel Tattahome should have known this and not let me buy the product in the first place. I called Kitchen Aid and they said I should send it back. The cost of sending it back coupled with Italian import tax is making me KEEP my Kitchen Aid Blender, which is Ink Blue. That color Blender was not available in the USA (or I surely would have bought it here) and I wanted it to match my Ink Blue Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I now own an Ink Blue Kitchen Aid "Objet d'art" blender, since it has absolutely no function in my kitchen. Warning: if you live in the United States, do NOT buy small appliances from this company!

Turkey | 25 September 2024Ordered three smeg items on the 6th of September 2024 read that items can take three weeks to be delivered I also found these items cheaper locally so emailed to cancel my order on the 12th I understand I should have read the small print!! I have been in contact with an agent who has been nothing but rude. I have also still not received the refund it’s now the 24th of September. Terrible customer service terrible refund policy I shall update if and when I receive this refund. I can categorically say I only asked you twice on two separate days or be it in the 24 hour period. This is taking far too long. You have been far too rude and as soon as I have made this complaint I have never received a refund people shouldn’t have to go this far to receive a refund in a timely manner from your company.

Australia | 22 September 2024I think Tattahome is fantastic . I live in Melbourne , Australia and wa strying to replace a sink that I had and the only place I could find it online was Tattahome. I ordered it just hoping that I might see it eventually but was ready fro disappointment. The basin arrived about a fortnight after orfering it . Throughout communiction was excellent and DHL was equally communicative. I can't tell you how excited I was when it arrived . Thank you for having the basin I needed and for getting it to me so quickly. Congratulations to Tattahome for its service and 🙏🙏🙏🙏
