The website has a lot of different brands. I ordered from the brand Thomas. The quality is not that great. The plates are a bit thick, they are a bit small, overall not satisfied..... That said , they were very well packed and arrived without anything broken.

When ordering from overseas shipping can take up to 8 weeks, but this was clearly explained and Tattahome sent emails updating my order status regularly. On arrival, one ceramic item was broken in shipping. Tattahome responded quickly and expedited a replacement shipment which arrived in a few days! I will order from Tattahome again and they are a very responsive to customer needs.

The item I ordered from them was faulty and dangerous and I was burnt by it but when I asked for a refund they said I would have to pay the delivery for it to go back to Italy. This would cost more than the item I bought from them? I waited over a month for delivery to my home. I would never do business with this company but let's first see if they do the right thing and put this right!

Customer service is excellent. They always respond right away. Andrew helped me with multiple large order that were close to $10,000 USD. I received one order within two weeks of ordering and though another order was more than 4 weeks estimated time they provided he went above and beyond to help me. Bravo to Andrew the After Sales Manager for his hard work. 10 out of 10!

The customer supports are really supportive but they cant control manufacturers so we need some patience.

It was very good , the only downside is that it took three months to ship , i did write to them and they replied that it's going to take sometime so i was aware, All and all it was a good experience and i will consider buying again putting into consideration it will take sometime to arrive.

Shipping took quite a long time to UK but customer service was great, they assured me it will be shipped once summer holidays are over.

Ordered over £300 worth of Le Crueset items. I was not aware that this company was based in italy when ordering and only found out once I had paid and received the email order which was in euros not pounds. The goods are advertised in pounds yet your invoice comes in euros. Incidentally I was charged around £10 by my bank for a euro from pounds conversion something else I wasn’t aware of when ordering. The order took a number of weeks to arrive and after making an enquiry regarding where my order was I was told the le crueset factory was closed for a holiday. Hmmm a likely story I’m sure. Anyway the order finally arrived via fed ex and was delivery was taken in by my wife. A day or so later I received an import duties email from fed ex asking for £79!! After looking into this they never mentioned this upon delivery nor asked for anything upon delivery it was simply delivered as any other parcel would be. I have no intentions whatsoever of paying the import duties fed ex and the government can swivel for it and I will totally ignore any future requests for such and would advise everyone to do the same as to all intents and purposes tattahome are totally unclear and do not state any of the things mentioned above. I cannot be bothered to even look to see if it is the terms and conditions online ( who does apart from someone like Martin Lewis lol) life is too short. The upshot of it all is I have blocked fed ex on phone and emails and will not be responding to any future demands for payment as they never gave me the option to refuse this (which I would have done) and they can take up the issue with tattahome. It’s fed ex fault for accepting the parcels with unpaid fees on it and I certainly for not and would not give them authority to act on my behalf for such. Tattahome should be more upfront and clear about any such charges and I assume they just gamble on them sneaking through customs. I’ll go to prison for a rest before I pay import fees of any kind ( oh no I won’t all the jails are full 😂😂) but as previously stated I won’t be paying a penny more hell will freeze over before I even consider paying. If Tattahome have issues with this then either operate in your own region only or be more clear on what may happen. I won’t be placing anymore orders with them end of story and as previously stated they can swivel along with fed ex and the government for the fees My advice to anyone reading this is either don’t place an order with them or cancel and attempt to get your money back through your bank I’ve already contacted mine to ensure that fed ex nor anyone else attempts to take any payment for import duties Do the same To be honest I thought the emails I received from fed ex were scam emails to be honest but since looking here and elsewhere online it seems to happen frequently with them and tattahome Legally all fed ex can do is return to sender and or ask them for the fees. I do not expect tattahome to be trading much longer on this basis to be honest so don’t hold your breath to even get your order Thanks for the great price on my items is the only reason I gave an extra star other than one Import fees my rear😂😂😂😂
