It should be obvious from the listing that the price doesn’t include import taxes etc. Just makes the price look more attractive than it is, also took a long time.

Was concerned about a delivery to the UK from Italy but tracking was accurate and the product (oval fish pan with lid) arrived when expected. Product in perfect condition and good value for money.

Great delivery and product

My experience was great. The communication was great for me, I got an email about the purchase and delivery no problem. The expected delivery was fairly long but I was happy to wait because the product was a great price. It was delivered much more quickly than I expected so I was very pleased about that. The product arrived in perfect condition and as I said, it was a good price. I recommend and would buy from them again.

I ordered Le Creuset Wok as I could get the colour I wanted through this site. The package came promptly and well packed. Would definately order through this company again if needed. Great experience.
