Missing a component of the item, the customer service informed me that the manufacturer was contacted for the component. It's been almost a week and nothing since.

Ordered a Venini Fazzoletto Opaline vase from Tattahome. Arrived smashed. Despite being in contact with them and stating that my refund is on the way I never received my refund of almost £500. Please do not buy from this website/company again. They just string you along and never return your money.

Don’t buy anything from this company. My purchase from uk coast me £62.06 more than the coast of the goods I bought. This charge for tax and delivery. It is absolutely appalling that they don’t mention any of this when you buy your goods.

If you are looking for something in a hurry or to receive as a gift, give it about 2 months in advance to arrive. The order came EVENTUALLY but it took an entire month AFTER the order was placed before the shipping process even began. Once it was finally shipped, it only took about a week for it to get delivered. I have no idea what the delay was leading up to that but it ended up being a gifting fail because, even though I ordered it three weeks in advance for a birthday, the gift didn’t even ship until about two week after the birthday happened. The gift (two sets of plates) were still appreciated by the recipient when they got here but I was definitely disappointed that it took so long.

I have been waiting 8 weeks for a kettle and toaster. Tatta customer service say they can not give me a date. Ridiculous really having to wait that long! My order number is LOTMCTDBT and order was processed 15/6/24 as I had a confirmation email to say so. The reply I have been getting from their customer service is that smeg are on holiday in August. Well smeg had a the whole of July to send me the items!
