Great looking plant vase, difficult to locate anything like this in the UK. Tattahome showcases a rewarding collection of products that are difficult to source elsewhere.

Product arrived from Europe in the time slotted, apx 6-8 weeks. It arrived in perfect condition. Color wasn't my first choice but this was $250 less than the next cheapest one I could find.

I have ordered 12 salt and pepper mills and waited for delivery almost 2 months. After receiving my many emails, they would always respond that the package will be sent by the end of the wee, which of course did not occur for weeks. Absolutely horrible customer service. I would never order anything else form Tattahome.

At first glance the product pricing was really good offering great cost savings. The delivery did take around 4 weeks which was quite long but we could live with this. Unfortunately although the website states that there will be no additional charges due to Brexit this is a little misleading. There is no custom charges however the Tax on the value is not paid for and you need to pay this on receipt of order. This added a hefty bill to the product as it was delivered with FedEx who deliver and then send you a TAX bill a week later. I did raise this with Tattahome and was basically told “it’s your country charging not us and there is nothing we can do” not the best customer service. For this reason being based in the UK I wouldn’t purchase here again.

I have ordered from Tattahome once before….. my product each time was amazing …. Hard to find but Tattahome had them. The shipping and packaging were excellent…. I highly recommend Tattahome

Wonderful customer service. This was the first time I ordered from Tattahome. I purchased my items from Tattahome because they had the best price. I had to wait a while and to be honest I was a little worried that that the company might not be legit. But their customer service was very responsive and told me that they had a stock issue. Customer service was polite and patient with my frequent inquiries and once shipped the delivery was reasonable and the tracking on target. The product was well packed and arrived in perfect condition and is just what I wanted. Thank you!

I am still waiting for my refund for a cancelled item. It has been over 5 weeks and I’m still waiting. I have had to follow up multiple times and still no refund. Pretty disgusting.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. TattaHome refused for over six months to pay a refund of money due to me, and when a refund did eventually arrive two days ago, it was several £ short of the correct amount! I have given up hope of ever receiving this shortfall. So, here is some advice if you are considering buying something from this company: do not expect that the price quoted on its website is the price that you will be charged; do not expect that you will get your money back at all quickly if you are due a refund; do not expect to get your money back in full when a ‘refund’ does eventually arrive; and do not believe the stock excuses that they give you, which seem to be designed so that there is no way that you can verify them, and are often contradictory or just false. Finally, do not accept that the problem is your fault when they say that it is. Why would a respectable company act like this to delay and then underpay small (to them) amounts of money and annoy its customers with ridiculous excuses? Perhaps they have a serious cash-flow problem. Or maybe it’s the just way they do business in Sicily. Read on for more gory detail on this horror story! It all started when, in November 2023, I was charged by Amex a small amount above the price for my order advertised on TattaHome’s website and shown on its invoice to me (which I still have), so I queried the excess with Amex. Amex then raised a dispute, and early in January, they (Amex) paid me the small amount in dispute, so I thought that was the end of it. However, TattaHome then refused to supply either the goods or a refund. Their excuse was that they could not do anything until they had been told by Amex that the dispute was closed, even though I emailed them a copy of the letter that I had from Amex saying that it was closed! (Amex’s customer service department could not tell me anything about Amex’s merchant services activities, so could not tell me whether or not TattaHome had been told the dispute was closed.) After a few weeks, Amex advised me to raise another dispute for the full amount, but in May, this was eventually time-lapsed without a decision because it had become more than 6 months since the original charge! So, I went back to TattaHome to ask for my refund again. Again, I was told that they could not do anything until they had been told by Amex that the dispute was closed! Eventually, on 19 June, Andrew told me that they would proceed with the refund ‘as soon as possible’. However, nothing happened for three weeks. Then, on 9 July, Andrew told me that my refund would be ’processed next week’; the following day, after a further appeal by me, it was ‘we will process it today’. A refund did arrive a day after that (11 July) via PayPal, but it was £6.81 (7.3%) short. TattaHome will not make up the shortfall. The first ‘excuse’ for the shortfall was: “when we receive an amount, PayPal withholds a small portion of it and then allows us to refund only the amount received”. The problem with this is that the original payment was via Amex and not PayPal. (In any case, PayPal would not rake off anything like 7.3%.) When I pointed this out, they told me simply that “we have refunded what we received”. However, I know that this is a lie, because back in November, Andrew provided me with a screen shot of what they had received, which was the full amount. (I still have the screenshot.)
