I had always wanted the Tavolo Con Ruote table by Gae Aulenti when I first saw it in 1984 in design school. Life moves on and I forgot about it. I saw the table recently when I was reading an article on Gae Aulenti. I did a search of the table and was happy to find out it was still being produced by Fontana Arte. Deep diving further I discovered Tattahome online carried the table. What a great experience dealing with them! I had a question before I placed my order and they responded very quickly. Order was placed on May 28 via PayPal (very convenient) I was given a tracking number from DHL and on June 28 the table arrived w/ the glass top securely crated. Delivery time was about 5 weeks. The whole experience and transaction was so easy between the US and Italy. I would definitely order from Tattahome again and have already recommended them to my friends!

Well, I didn’t notice the tiny asterisks that said availability in 2 weeks. This is 2024, and find that ridiculous but that’s their business. Well, if it in fact shipped after 2 weeks, I wouldn’t be writing this 2 star review. It took closer to 4 weeks and then shipping was another 10 days, all in all about 6 weeks for the delivery.

I ordered le cruset mugs they came within the time frame given, very well packaged and I love the size and colours. I had a good experience with Tattahome would definitely recommend them.

I have ordered 2X from Tattahome. You may wait a while, as other posters have noted, since the packages are coming from Italy, they arrive in excellent packaging and everything is contained within. I will order again and I wish I could order plugin small kitchen appliances. I am very pleased.

You need to change couriers as fed ex leave them on the door where they can easily be stolen, I thought you would av sign for it with it being expensive.

The order came all the way to Canada with no problems or damage and a bit quicker than I was expecting. I was a bit nervous to order from Tattahome as some of the reviews tell of very long waits but I'm really happy with my experience. The Le Creuset pan I ordered wasn't in stock when I placed the order, so I emailed Tattahome to ask for a delivery date estimate. Andrew got back to me right away and was very responsive to any questions. The pan came into stock and was shipped 3 weeks after my order was placed (sooner than I expected) and arrived a week later. Remember to include taxes/duties in your budget because you will have to pay them to the delivery company before the order is delivered (I knew this ahead of time so it was no problem, but I've read reviews where people were unaware of this). Overall really happy with my experience and thankful that I was able to get this Le Creuset pan that otherwise isn't available in Canada!

The product was packed well and of good quality, shipping is the challenge. The first package came through DHL, and the wrong valuation had been entered on the shipping documents, triggering a tarriff charge, one third the value of the shipment, which was reversed after phone inquiry. Our second order, ordered at the same time, was sent via a different carrier, Fedex (why a different carrier to same address?), and made it from Italy, to Paris, and then was sent back to Italy, for unclear reasons, and we are still awaiting the second package, although expected to arrive soon.

Second time to purchase from Tattahome. Great company to deal with. Ships fast, and items arrive well-packaged. Reasonable shipping rates as well!

After 6 weeks from placing the order I NEVER heard a word concerning shipping until I reached out to American Express and they gave me an emailed address to contact Tattahome. Only then did the order ship (within 1 day). Not sure if I would have ever received this order if I did not contact them.

The lamp is beautiful, but the add didn’t make clear I was buying directly from Italy rather than a vendor/dealer in the UK, when I received the parcel I had to pay extra 65£ because of customs, the bulb wasn’t included and the plug wasn’t UK. I contacted the vendor telling the add should be more clear and the replay was I should have asked before buying.

Too long to deliver once ordered plus poor customer service. Yes I did apologise but in order to retain context I did so within the understanding that I should have ordered directly from le creuset as the delivery time is just too long. One does not always read the small print but it was most inconvenient in terms of the delay. This is not 5 star customer service thus I retain the integrity of my original review.

Very nice just like my last order . It’s definitely a good place to find French cookware at 2/3 the price with shipping included in the cost . So worth it ! I always compare prices to Macys , William Sonoma , etc. tattahome has more competitive pricing . If you can wait one to two weeks TattaHome is your best deal. I recommend shopping around first then go to the tattahome website and calculate total costs .

Tattahome offers a wide range of first-class products, and has a very attractive, well-functioning website. You can also rely on customer service. Delivery-times are sometimes a bit long, if the product is not in stock - Tattahome is dependent on the manufacturer - and as a customer I can adjust to that fact.
