Item was not delivered to me. Seller refused to refund. Very bad experience.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Got a great deal on a le cruset bread over that will be a gift for my sister for Christmas. It did take a bit to get it since it was back ordered but came pretty quickly once it was in stock. It was packaged very well no damage to the product or even the box for that matter. Have ordered from them twice now and am considering ordering again really soon.

Given that I live in the United States, I was not informed that the lamp was made exclusively to European standards. It did not arrive with a bulb, or an adapter, or any information that I needed to buy a 240 to 120 transformer. It took me a few days and visits to several lighting stores – particularly one with the smart guy who figured out why my bulbs were dim, because I needed a transformer, adapter, – to figure it out. That was all very annoying and disconcerting. A note explaining what to do, that was clearly visible, what I’ve been very helpful and would’ve transformed the experience.

Unfortunately I don’t recommend this shop. Few weeks ago bought in their online shop floor lamp for a few hundreds pounds with delivery to the UK. On the website is clearly stated customers from the UK won’t incur any additional charges after Brexit (apart of standard vat at point of delivery) meanwhile, shortly before lamp arrival, DHL asked me to pay some handling fee not disclosed by shop…. Notified seller about that, they promised me to refund that fee when I pay all fees related to customs and it’s been 2 weeks at least when fees were paid, I contacted them and money still not refunded…. Very unprofessional lying customer service. Other thing - lamp was made to order, seller clearly knew it will be used in the UK and lamp came with EU plug so now adapter is needed and some clearance-gap between adapter+plug and furniture. Really disappointed. Also, lamp originally came from Flos however shop decided to break original manufacturer seal and opened for unknown reason all two boxes and send me them like that just wrapped in stretch foil - not great when you buying as a gift….Very bizarre. Ordering many stuff online and first time seen it something like that… Won’t buy anything more from them. Will stick to local, Flos UK. I don’t recommend this shop. Grumpy customer service and unfortunately lying to customers.

The delivery time is lengthy but this is stated on the order. If you are in a rush this may not be for you. The incorrect quantity of goods were delivered, I sent an email to them, there was a quick response and I have received the correct quantity. Order VWOQMWWSM

The products are really great, but if you can bear to wait, you can shop without hesitation and you are guaranteed to pay 25% tax.

The Dhl service is extremely expensive and not all expenses are disclose before. Also they delivered the goods in two different days.

Our order with Tattahome went smoothly. They were great at communicating where the product was and when it shipped. Unfortunately The product we wanted was backordered and didn’t arrive in time for a birthday, but all is well.

I ordered a Le Creuset skillet for significantly cheaper than I could have gotten it here. Shipping was pretty slow, but that was in line with the estimate they gave me on their website. Arrived in perfect condition, absolutely no issues.
