I ordered a lightswitch and it was never delivered. When I emailed enquiring where my delivery was I was told that it had been returned for some unknown reason. I was never contacted to be told this or refunded. There was no apology either they just said they would dispatch it again.

Shocking after service, I would recommend that Electrical Companies stay clear of ordering from this company
