Great customer service when returned and item that was faulty. Sent a new one out even before receipt of old item in pre paid returns package.

Great service when buying. A really smart 4 gang light switch, with black glass finish and fancy blue light buttons that are easy to see in the dark. Amusingly one of the switches has a mind of its own and will just switch off.........but much better looking than any other switch plate I have seen on on the market.

Love the quality of the product and the price very competitive. Prompt delivery as well.

I initially placed an order for 3 glass sockets and found some issues with them. Lucy from their customer service team responded and helped to sort out the issues very quickly. I will be purchase more from Hartington Heath in the future!

Package got lost in the system apparently... Not to mention this happened twice. Never used this company but thought I try them out as they offered Next Day delivery which was exactly what I needed. Made my order and after 1 week no delivery was made... called up to ask what has happened and got told my order got lost in the system and that these sort of stuff happens occasional. I thought wow ok so how are you going to rectify the issue? they offered to have my package resent again the next day and I would get a refund on my delivery cost. I thought not a bad idea because I really needed the lights. Next day came and still no delivery. Phoned up the day after this time and I got told the same excuse, at that point I wasn't happy and requested a refund which they did refund me, but was extremely disappointed with the failed delivery. They have a nice friendly staff but not a reliable service.

We fitted back boxes into our walls whilst waiting for the glass panel sockets we ordered from Harrington Heath (along with other items). We waited for approx 1-2months. When our order arrived it was incorrect. When finally we received another delivery, the sockets required a different sized back box which cost us to remove them and rectify. The glass panel Sockets were deemed substandard by our electrician, we continued to request they be fitted despite his concerns. We decided on this due to the money already invested and the time taken. Unfortunately after everything, the sockets were actually faulty, the plugs did not go seamlessly into the sockets and some were jammed half way. We had no choice but to rip everything out and go with a reputable supplier. Please don’t get bedazzled by their fake reviews and nice looking website. I wrote to them requesting a refund or some form of reimbursement due to all the money we wasted. I was told there is nothing they can do to help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - COWBOYS

These led’s are superb. But 1, I asked 3 times by telephone and even submitted a drawing via email of my project. I don’t think the staff are electrically minded as I don’t think they understood my project. 2. These lights are not as flexible as you advertise. They only bend two ways and twist. 3. The plug head supplied is fitted with a 13amp fuse. ( way too big for this kind of lightning) 4. When I removed the plug head to connect an extension cable I found that the live wire was showing at the cable clamp in the plug. 5. The ends had been glued on but not heat shrunk. What a shame as the actual lighting is good.

Bought some touch sensor switches, couldn’t get them to work, called the help line and we agreed the switches must be faulty. The very next day (Sat) 2 new switches turned up with a pre-paid envelope to return the faulty ones. New ones work perfectly and delighted with their customer service…top marks!!!

Very disappointed, purchased a Wifi 4 gang dimmer switch and after installing and purchasing the white remote control, I was told the batch of switches were not compatible. There was a batch issue. I will not be purchasing any further products. There are so many more smart home products out there that have better product descriptions and support.
