I recive wrong items on the first delivery but they change very quicly on the next day.The lights are amazing

The lights are absolutely quality amd way way better than what you will find on sites like Amazon and other retailers.

Found it difficult to get a strip light at 10 metres in one piece, really pleased & great product.

Brilliant service, I rang the day before to place a large order and the next day it was delivered! Very impressive.

the reason for the 4 stars is not for the led lighting which is very good ,but people on the other end of the call did not listen and was not helpful ,and sent me the wrong connectors,but spoke to Jimmy the manager who was very knowledgable and was very helpful and sorted my order.

I purchased £170 worth of touch switches. After purchase I realised that instead of normal PayPal, it processed as an e-cheque which was going to take 7-10 days to clear. I contacted the helpful sales team who advised me that I could pay over the phone with a credit card but unfortunately their card machine was broken so they provided their bank details for me to do a direct bank transfer and they’d refund the e-cheque when it was processed. This was all covered in email. The goods arrived, I contacted them for the refund and now they deny all knowledge of it even with me providing proof of the double payments. They are now ignoring me and it feels like a pantomime “oh no you didn’t!”. What makes it even worse is that NONE OF THE SWITCHES WORK… so now I’ve paid over £300…. Avoid this company at all costs - so disappointed

Products didn’t work had to get refund

Would have given 5 🌟 because the dimmer switch looks awesome. But could not get the dimmer to work by touch or with the remote control 🤔

lack of atention to detail,bought an led light20m long with 3mextra cord and it arrived with 20cm long lead wich was dammaged,sent it back and asked for a refund wich it supposed to take 5days but instead 2 weeks,i emailed them a few times and when i asked about and refund and a potencial complaint no one replyed back. Would't reccomend

HH were faultless to deal with.The whole process was super quick. I found the website a little clunky and could do with an update. The lights once installed look great.

So, the item I had chosen to buy: an LED recessed ceiling light. I spoke to the customer services on the phone but was not able to buy it and was told the best thing to do would be to order the item on line? This I did and paid, I was also sent an email the following day stating that the item had been dispatched...all good Alas no, the supplier contacted me via phone stating that the item was out of stock!!!! but what about the dispatched email? oh our mistake. the money was refunded but I had to start the whole find another item process again.

Good website very easy to manoeuvre through. Great range of products with very good backup if you have any questions/ issues. Would definitely use this company again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Amazing just amazing

Despite paying an extra £5 to ensure next day delivery my purchase didn’t arrive on time. I had the dimmer switch installed by an independent qualified electrician who said the switch seemed faulty, but nevertheless managed to get it to work. Three days later a loud bang left us with three of our lights on the same circuit not working. I have now bought another dimmer switch from a different supplier and am awaiting it’s delivery.

A straightforward hasslefree transaction purchasing some strip light which is of good quality, I would definitely use Hartington Heath again and recommend to family and friends
