I ordered WiFi switch, which is simple and modern, blends great with the kitchen ( it’s almost invisible). Very easy to fit, works with out faults so far. In first place I ordered different model but it was out of stock- great communication and updates Highly recommend

Had a hiccup with the light switch we bought, but it was quickly rectified and replaced. All now working well and appears to be good quality and looks great.

Excellent service and a fabulous looking product. The only downside was the WiFi socket came with no instructions on which app should be used to control it. Easily resolved with a visit to the website, but something that should be addressed.

Used Hartington a couple of times now. Delivery always punctual. Most occasions the items have been perfect and exactly what we had ordered apart from 1 occasion. BUT I must commend customer services (namely Carly) as she was on the ball, with a prompt resolution which was put onto next day delivery.
