Extremely poor service. Delivery was 2 weeks from date of order as they had ran out of stock, then only delivered part of the order. When the last part of the order finally turned up it was still missing parts. Given 2 stars as the only positive from the service was dealing with Carly from customer service. She was helpful, quick to reply and dealt with partial refunds promptly.

Great company to deal with, would recommend 100%. We had a slight problem with lights being the wrong colour. I called them up and they sent a van around virtually immediately and swapped for correct ones. Excellent customer service 👏.

Product was good and delivery was quick. The issue is the help/support desk. Abrupt, vague, don't know/understand their own products and not particularly helpful. If you can order online, seems ok, not sure how you will get on if there is a problem or query.

Terrible products and terrible service. I bought my smart switches for my house renovation and the Smart switches are anything but smart. None of my switches will sync with their remotes, even after using the guides, videos etc. Batteries not supplied with remotes and i had to use a competitor to tell me which battery was to be used as HH never had it documented! Useless! In this day and age batteries should be supplied. I sent emails etc. for tech support, no response so I’m very much stuck with these as I’m passed my return window. I’d think again before using these guys.

I ordered this item to replace a failed 10mtr ropelight on top of my kitchen units, i installed it quickly & easy, turned it on i was truly amazed with how bright & even the light spread was, & every one who has visited has commented how good it looks, 2 of witch are looking to get some f or there own homes. TOP BANANA HH
