I received an excellent service and got my delivery on time and prompt but when I realised I made a mistake and wanted warm white led strip lights I got even an no quibble from the customer service team and arranged a pickup and swopped them. So yes I would recommend them to everyone I know and I am an electrician. Thank-you Hartington Heath.

Unable to cancel order immediately after placing and secondly the webpage allows to place orders of items no longer available. Not user friendly webpage

Very good but.... maybe not 100% excellent, since the original order stalled in the system. But responses to queries were faultless and prompt, and once it was realised the order hadn't been sent it was dispatched and arrived within hours. And from previous experience good products too, so I'm sure this will be as well once it's installed.
