Poor customer service to resolve problems. Items were sent back for a refund and no acknowledgement or reimbursement. Chased Tuesday 31st and HH Accounts have replied with the refund being processed.

Item arrived broken. Obtaining a refund was very straight forward.

I've purchased single and double white sockets from the Arc range. They look very nice but the first thing I noticed is that the switch is located on the side rather than on the top as shown on the website. I wish I had been informed of this design change but they still show you the old design. Secondly these sockets are far from easy to fit. The provided screws don't seem to work on my existing wall boxes and had to use others. The design also doesn't seem to fit standard UK boxes as I had to modify some of them. Even by doing this the sockets don't become flush with the wall, leaving a gap that doesn't disappear, even when the frame is put in place. The double sockets are a nightmare to fit as they have, unlike all other UK sockets I've seen on the market, double connections at the back. I wasn't sure how to deal with this and was told to contact the technical team. I asked them politely for a diagram but they said they didn't have one at that moment and they would send it the day after. This never arrived, they just said to make a loop! As I had no idea what they meant I searched and with someone's help I finally managed to fit them after buying extra cable to prepare the bridges/loops. The overall design is not very good, sometimes when I try to remove a plug the all thing comes off the wall apart from the frame, not that impressed. The only positive aspect was Carly who helped with the two orders and was helpful with some pre-purchase queries. To conclude I don't feel I could recommend these sockets as there are too many flaws.

Bought the 25m flex neon for around my decking. Arrived promptly well packaged and looks great. Couldn't find clips on the website so went to B&Q and bought lengths of 16mm electrical trunking which did the job a treat.
