I have purchased these rope lights twice now and for good reason. This time I ordered these to create uplights on my kitchen units and they don't disappoint. My original order which is probably going back 3 years are still going strong and look as good as the day I got them. These are a quality product. I would have no hesitation in ordering again.

We have purchased 8 RF WiFi light switches (three 3-way switches and five 1-way switches all work well with the remote controls which are great on Ed paired to the light switches) and they work great as normal light switches you press on and off, they look very smart and modern, however sadly now we that have connected them to the Broadlink App and Alexa they not comply. There is a delay when touching the On button on the app for the lights to actually switch on and the Off button doesn’t always work first press therefore there is no way knowing that your lights have actually turned off if you were away from home. Very frustrating and pointless for us as we want to use these expensive lights whilst away on holiday! Its disappointing considering the amount of money we spent on these light switches.

Very prompt delivery and very happy with the quality of these products. Nothing too exciting about plug sockets, but they do standout with a very modern & contemporary design.

POOR! AVOID AT ALL COST!! My electrician refused to sign off on their switches. Waited 4 months for sockets to arrive. Still waiting for faulty spotlights to be replaced - have called twice, emailed etc. Visits to their warehouse involve waiting for up to 2 hours for a very amateur service. I wish i had read some of these reviews beforehand

After ordering a product, I was contacted very quickly to be informed that the product was now out of stock. A replacement superior product was offered at the same cost and after excepting the change, received the product quickly and to the specifications ordered perfectly. Outstanding service! Thank you!

Very good customer service, needed an led ceiling light that wasn't in stock. I Emailed customer service who replied in less than two hours that they could source a replacement. They filled in the order for me and sent me a link to purchase. Very prompt and efficient service, thank you.

Excellent product and service.

I ordered an LED strip from Hartington Heath. I called to enquire about using a light dimmer switch with it, and received a very half-arsed "look online" response. I was actually looking to buy an additional product from Hartington Heath. Not impressed, but I ordered the LED strip anyway. Turns out the LED strip cannot be bent in a certain way - useful if you're using it on a path with the lights shining up, or on a ceiling facing down, but useless if you intend it to be used around a pergola for light shining inwards. I returned the item, but 10 days later had to chase the refund. I phoned Hartington Heath and spoke to a young lady to find out where my refund was; she was being shouted at aggressively by a man (similar voice to the first customer services rep I spoke to). A 'partial refund' followed. So I had to ring again, and this time was told that their refund system was "faulty". My refund finally followed. Just a really disorganised, unpleasant experience. Whoever the man was that I spoke to, I think maybe someone senior, has a lousy attitude.

Great Product but LED was melted together and unusable!
