After the floodlight I ordered was faulty, they responded quickly and efficiently and replaced the unit without fuss, also providing pre-paid return packaging.

Shocking company - I placed 2 orders, the first was my error and quickly returned, great. I called their sales team prior to placing the 2nd order to make sure that the white glass smart switches I was ordering would work and were correct, all confirmed and order processed. Items arrived quickly but as I gave them to the electrician he had no clue how to install as there were L ports for cabling. Called customer services again to be informed that I would need to purchase an RF device which they don't sell on site and was then informed that items are not dimmable despite dimmer being listed in the product name! Smart switches sold by a not so smart company... Update - After sales have been in frequent touch to help finally place an order for the correct items and help explain the the electrician how to install. As mentioned previously, delivery is quick, returns are easy enough but on-site information has inaccuracies and no guides are sent with items to make installation easier considering these are not standard switches. We got there in the end thanks to Jimmy in customer services!
