Hi messaged on line asked if clips were included with price told yes I per meter no clips came when emailed company they said there must of been a miss understanding so I had to pay another order of clips

Product doesn’t work. Have now received third light switch and again remote doesn’t work. Have given up. Lost a lot of money

I purchased four dimmer switches and had an issue with two of them. I contacted customer service by email and received no response. Also one item got damaged during shipment. Again no response from customer service. If dimming to maximum, the lights turn off but if you dim to just below maximum then works okay. Love the product but poor customer service and after sales care.

Good quality products and look really nice. However, we have had multiple problems trying to pair some 2 way switches and customer service was not the greatest as they tried to rectify the problem on 3 separate occasions and the product was wrong all 3 times so lots of miscommunication.

I purchased two switches. One was faulty. They replaced straight away. Excellent customer service.

The items ordered were of very high quality. I would however say the user instructions could be better. I opted for the 12v battery operated glass panel single gang switch transmitter plus the standalone receiver. These talk to each other using RF, not via your Wi-Fi. To pair them, press the button on the receiver until the tiny LED flashes then simply touch (as you do a smart screen) the transmitter's 'switch' area.

We bought a wall light on 11 May 2021, delighted with design and quality of product. Unfortunately the bowl got broken, when we contacted HartingtonHeath our e mail was promptly dealt with by Carly, a new bowl was dispatched and arrived perfectly boxed and our compliments to the dispatch department. Thanks definitely go to Carly for her excellent and friendly service in dealing with our queries. The bowl is now in situ and our wall light is looking good.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I cannot give a better rating. I ordered the LED RGB outdoor strip lights back in the beginning of July. They were meant to be for my 5 year old nephew’s garden party so I paid extra for a Saturday delivery and the lights arrived on time. However, the colour red on the lights wasn’t operating properly and this meant that some of the colours were not working either (purples, oranges etc). The person I spoke to was apologetic and asked me to return the lights stating there had been problems with that model and the best they could do was send a new type of model to me within three weeks. Accepting that the lights would not arrive for my nephew’s party, but being disappointed I agreed to send the lights back. A courier was sent to my address to collect them and I was told that’s all I needed to do. I waited for three weeks and there was no correspondence from the company or delivery of a new set of lights. I contacted the company and was told that because I had not included a form when returning the faulty lights they hadn’t processed the order. On top of this I was told that they were out of stock and I would have to wait a further two weeks. If the person I had spoke to had informed me and stressed that a form needed to be included with the returned lights this could have been avoided. So, my experience hasn’t been the greatest with Hartington Heath. My nephew didn’t get the ‘disco lights’ he wanted for his party; and as I’m still waiting for any lights to arrive I feel I’ve wasted my money this year as I’ve not had them during the summer evenings.

I'm a very happy bunny, deliver was quick, the product was packaged well. The product itself looks a lot more professional than my Philips Hue light strips, as the light strip had a continuous flow rather than seeing the individual bulbs. I would highly recommend and I will be using again.
