It was my daughters Hen day and we was told to go by a family member. We did this as part of her day which was in 2 parts. Arrived around 11am left at 5Pm. We just got a day pass each there was only 6 of us. Just before going we checked reviews and they wasn’t very good so we wasn’t sure what to expect. But we was in for a pleasant surprise. We was greeted by very friendly staff . Nothing was a problem for them they accommodated us perfectly. It was friendly from the start. It wasn’t busy at all. There was treatments available also which was great. The pool was lovely and warm not like most pools I’ve been to that are cold. Every where was so clean and even the cleaning staff were very friendly and took the time to chat . There is a little seated area for food and drinks again clean very nice and friendly staff. Around the pool was loungers we had no trouble getting 6 for our small group. Saunas jacuzzi steam room even the toilets were all clean and tidy. Would def be going back again

Grat lights and easy to install

Ordered switches and received the wrong items, replacements were sent and were completely wrong ,, phoned sales several times and sent lots of e-mails with pictures of the wrong items . I eventually agreed to send the items back , the courier did not arrive on the day stated , had to e-mail again and I was being sent an envelope to put items in but I did say that these had been several orders and they were too large to return in an envelope . They arranged another pick up and the items were collected but I have still not received a refund and this was two weeks ago . on the plus side everybody was really friendly and tried to sort it out but couldn't manage so I gave up in the end!!

Exceedingly quick delivery. Although the outer package was damaged the contents were well packaged and the thin glass shades unharmed.

I would love to have given 5 stars as the lamp is really well made but 3 stars is a fair score we had a lot of issues customer services were on the ball and resolved what they could quickly but once the problems were escalated to a manager we had no help what so ever 1. No sizes in description on site 2. No instructions in box 3. Missing parts 4. Questioned where the back plate was to attach the lamp to the wall the manager said the lamp does not include one (we had to purchase one) after the instructions were posted to me the back plate is quite clearly visible as part of the lamp I believe this was a lamp that had been returned with parts missing and had the lamp been of an inferior quality I would have returned the item Very disappointed with the after service

The sockets and light switches arrived scratched. Most sockets and light switches had no installation instructions included in the box. When I raised it with the customer service, I didn’t receive any explanation and was told that they will see what they can do. I had to return some items and was told that they only received half of what I sent back. Again raised it with the customer service, but my complain about the product quality remained unanswered. On the top it, they only processed the return only after I followed up a week after the items were returned. Overall poor quality of products and poor customer service.

The ordering process and delivery was excellent. the products are great but we received some lights that were the wrong size, one didn't work and the connectors for the lights to the driver were the incorrect fitting.

The product arrived quickly, though pre-sales support is non-existent. I sent in enquiries via email and social media which were ignored, I also tried calling and there was no answer. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the product elsewhere so I had no choice but to order. I would have placed a much larger order and would have returned to purchase stock on a regular basis if my questions would have been answered.

I love the glass switches and their customer service is great… am ordering glass sockets too!

OrderedI LumoS 8 X 16mm RGB Flexible IP65 Waterproof Dimmable Neon LED Strip Light 220 – 240V 9W/m • Length: 15m , checked before fitting and found a meter section not working, phoned company to say and reordered to find out no more in stock, was upgraded to the next size10 x 25mm at no extra cost. Arrived next day and was fitted round decking, very impressed with these lights along with everyone that has seen them. Very helpful on the two occasions I phoned , will defiantly use again. Faulty lights lights returned and refund back into account. Thanks again

Item had clearly already been used by someone and sent back...marks all over it and doesn't work. Waste of £23!!
