Appalling packaging. Product seemed fine, but company appears to have some management issues which need resolving

Best strip lights i have found so far really good looking easy to install, really need to work on making them watertight as they are waterproof outdoor lighting.

Out of 27 led bought, 8 didn't work, which was a knock on effect, causing the job to over run by 2 days at cost to my company, but after speaking to recca, who represents the company we have talked through my review, which i admire the company to ring almost instantly to discuss how to make thing better for the future, which i thought was very positive and continue to use them, as now the job is complete, the LEDs look amazing. Thank you

poor service, poor product, lack of interest trying to resolve faulty products. As i can't reply to Harringtons rubbish response i have updated my review - the product clearly melted, cutting or a pet chewing the product is laughable and you might want to check the latest information on your system as you organised a collection..... you can go an smell the burnt product yourself. the dispute is now with PayPal as you are a JOKE!!!!

Product, although initially looked impressive, turned out to be of very poor quality and faulty. User setup guide was less than pathetic. Battery for remote not included / mentioned in setup guide. Remote itself was faulty. Touch sensors do not align. Suggested app poorly coded / translated from Chinese. You cannot expect my business again.

quality not as good as I thought it would be for the price. the remote controls are poor. no battery supplied in one and the other not working. Came packaged just in a jiffy bag? the light itself looks good.
