You lighted up my life!

The website shows items in stock, however, after placing my order and making payment I find that some items are out of stock a refund was offered and accepted. The remainder of the order was not received, upon phoning I was told that the rest of the items were also out of stock and again offered a refund for the remaining items which I accepted. After two weeks no refund had been received I phoned to chase and had to explain that the second refund had not been received. All sorted now. All staff very pleasant and helpful but their systems seem to be lacking.

I've made 2 separate purchases from HH, initially for some glass faced switches and LED strip lights, there was a genuine mistake with the order but they communicated quickly and sorted out the problem with no dramas. I was so impressed with the switches that I've ordered some matching glas surround sockets which look fabulous, just hoping the 45amp cooker switch and socket comes back in stock soon to complete the look. I'm impressed with their products and with the level of service I received when there was a hiccup I've only held back a star until I can order my cooker switch, supply chain is a pain for all manufacturing at the moment.
