This is the second remote dimmer switch that I have purchased and as before I have received excellent prompt service. The switches look very good and work well.

Ordered 8 metre led flexible tube lights. High quality and sent promptly. Very good company

Flush ceiling lights driver failure. Thes drivers seem to be the weak link, within months of fitting 10 units I had two drivers fail, burn marks on the surround plastic, I returned them for inspection, received two free replacements, but no report as to the cause of failure.

Not happy , awful customer service. Told me my item was in stock ok the 3rd so paid for next day delivery. Was then told item had been shipped, a week later still hadn't arrived. No email to say there was a delay and nothing to say how long. Was then told item would arrive by 25th. After waiting I decided to ask for tracking and have now been told out of stock until the new year. Good job I'm not relying on them for a job.. oh wait I am.

Good looking accessories and so many options.

I purchased an LED panel, good price and nice item giving excellent light. Small problem in that 2 of the clips were missing, emailed the company who replied very quickly, apologised for the omission and promised to send them to me by post. Arrived very quickly and light in place and looks good.

Excellent product and super fast delivery

Awful quality, no BS number present from what I can tell, had a smouldering switch and had to remove everything as I refused to sign the job off with them fitted. Will be returning all items after Christmas. Nothing against the company just think they need to find alternative suppliers as the kit I had was just dangerous.

I had been looking for led strip lights for ages and by chance came across Hartington Heath. I was sceptical because the price was so much cheaper than other ones I had seen. I contacted their admin and they were prompt in replying back to me. I ordered and love the end result.

Sadly the lights were not that bright and I had to pay for the returns. The girl that answered my phone call was not that friendly at all.

Excellent service

When I ordered on website the product was in-stock but then received a call to say it was out of stock and would be a week or so before delivery which although annoying was acceptable. I ordered RGB led strip which was very substantial well made. The problem I had was the colour gambit yellow was very green the white was very blue I was hoping the be able to tune the colour to a neutral white but the controller is very limited.

Damaged item received, slow replies to emails and calls. Item returned but still waiting for refund. Disappointing service.
