Bought 26 warm white dimmable spot lights. 8 came cool white. Second time getting my order wrong so I won't be ordering again. I'm really busy and return visits because of suppliers isn't what I need.

I had to change my original order because i has chosen the wrong colour. i found the customer service team very helpful and I was soon sent out the replacement I needed.

The staff were very helpful in answering my telephone queries and directing me to the right product. The product (LED Neon Flex Stip Light) arrived promptly and the quality appears to be very good. Overall, very pleased.

The delivery was not all smooth but the customer services were impeccable to help solve the problem. The LED ceiling lights I purchased are of high standard and exceptional value for money. I even found a short youtube video by them to help me out with the installation.

The products looks very stylish. Tgough the wifi switches were not very easy for me to connect, but their customer service advisor Harrison helped me to go through.

Black glass sockets and dimmer switch give the rooms a really good finish. Simple to fit, even for a diy dope like me 🤣 I intend to change over all my sockets and switches as I progress through the house. Most important point is the wife loves them!

It's been 3 weeks and I still have no RGB Strip Lights, after calling lots of times I have been told on 3 different occasions 3 different dates that the lights will be received by their warehouse and dispatched. Nothing has transpired and no contact has been made to update me on my order. I expected more...

This may be picky but the fitting instructions were tiny. Larger clear instructions would be a bonus. Apart from that,. delivery, quality and function very good .I'm well pleased with this and would recommend

APPALLING. Two power sockets were sent - one loosly packed with no instructions in a large box branded Smart Home; the other was in a box where the internal packaging was in a very poor state. It was evident both were "second hand". Why would any decent company send out products in this condition ? Perhaps the company owners could explain............
