I ordered a watch and took advantage of V12 finance. The process went smoothly, the watch arrived but unfortunately had to be returned, not CWSellors fault I might add. Up to then can’t fault anything. BUT I had to badger them three times to sort the refund out and cancel the finance. Eventually I began to be chased by V12 finance for payments for the watch which had been returned nearly a month previously. It turns out that CWSellors hadn’t informed V12 at all until my third email threatening them with the Financial Ombudsman. I’ve used CWSellors previously but after this will never use them again.

Great delivery wonderful product

Disastrous. We waited not weeks, but months (the entire ordeal sporadically punctuated by poor communication) for them to finally tell us that they were unable to ship jewelry we had ordered and paid for.

Very quick delivery and advice on location of item

Ordering online was so easy in actual fact I had to call the store to see if the watch was in stock the person I spoke to think her name was Emma she was very polite and helpful. This jewellers offered the best price available having shopped around and I was also given a very good customer discount. I was told delivery would be about two weeks but i didn’t mind because I was kept updated with the delivery when they received it to when I should receive it and when the item was despatched the delivery was very speedy I would definitely recommend this jewellers and use again if needed.

Just received a pendant and chain I am buying for my Sons birthday. I was a bit weary ordering online without seeing it first, but I must say I am absolutely delighted with it. The service is exceptional. We had several email exchanges and phone calls. They managed to source a Tudor watch for me and deliver it within a month when others were advising 6-12 months. Easy purchase and great customer relations

When the product I had ordered was no longer required, I was contacted by telephone and a replacement item suggested.

I had to return the necklace as the 9ct gold chain was black in 2 large areas. Also the chain was broken. They have refused me a refund as they say the item had been worn and smelt of perfume. I am an honest person and I had NOT even tried the necklace on, why would I when it arrived in such a terrible condition and was returned immediately. I had purchased it for a special Birthday present for myself and so upset. I have bought from Sellors before and been disappointed in their aftercare , I should have learnt a lesson! I am going to speak to Clogau gold whose product this is as I have bought many gold and also silver items from them and been satisfied.
