Great gold watch looked good for our Golden Wedding

When I placed my order I was not aware that it would take weeks to arrive nothing was mentioned about this, However I could see as soon as package arrived that both items were unsuitable so they were returned the following day which was almost a month ago I am still waiting for refund of my first payment.

Fast delivery, great price on the watch I bought - also fixed my mistake of not putting my house number on the delivery address and got it delivered no issue!

Initially the company were really good, offered a discount and easy means of payment. Then I didn’t hear back, when I emailed they stated the watch had been ordered direct from the company. When I rang up a week later, the watch hadn’t been ordered. The person I spoke to said they would update me within two days, four days later there was no update. Ended up requesting a refund.

I requested a price match for a product & they did so in good time. Prompt emails with links to purchase made the process to order easy. Emails for the order & expected delivery details followed & I was kept informed of all stages.

Exceptional telephone service, everything went very smoothly.

Took an absolute age to deliver the watch, chased numerous times. Asked them to divert the order into store (as the bracelet was going to need adjustment) confirmed the change a number of times but watch was still delivered to home. Luckily, it took them so long to deliver I had been on my summer holiday and was back home so postie didn't leave it in my recycling bin!!

Dreadful customer service. I ordered a Spinnaker watch 5 months ago. Still no sign of it or even a delivery date. The issue is that I have done all of the chasing, and if I get a reply they just say “we don’t have any news yet”. Perhaps they should try picking up the phone to the manufacturer/supplier. They might get an answer then.
