United Kingdom | 16 February 2024Ordered a Laco Aachen on 26th Dec 2023, cancelled order on 15th Feb 2024. CWS didn't have in stock, fair enough. Ordered a strap from Laco, the manufacturer in Germany on the same day, which I received within 5 working days. CWS consistently lied and made excuses until it just said they don't know. Kept blaming the manufacturer. So, I contacted Laco, it turns out that CWS has uncleared accounts with Laco hence none delivery of products. Even on the refund CWS informs it could take 3-5 days but after enquiring why, it was done straight away. Solution: Stop lying and dragging things!
