Hello everyone, I would like to advise you to exercise caution when considering a purchase from this company or Jura watches. Make sure you are absolutely certain that you will not need to return the item before making a purchase. I initiated a return process three months ago and have sent numerous emails without receiving any resolution. My funds, totaling over £700, remain tied up in this matter. I strongly recommend avoiding this company to protect yourself from potential complications.

I’m sure that CW Sellors is going to ask for this review to be removed claiming I’m not a customer. However I am the the service has been shocking. I bought some jewellery and took out the finance. I sent to jewellery back because it was a lot smaller than it looked and I had to contact them over 10 times to cancel the finance agreement. Staff are rude and unhelpful and I had to ask the finance company to intervene as I was getting no joy. I now have a poor credit score. Please avoid purchasing!

Delivered approximately 5 weeks after initial order of an in stock item, lack of communication unless initiated by myself and then mixed information given by 2 different individuals. Finally item received as ordered and very happy with the item, just not happy with delay in delivery and lack of communication

Excellent communication from the staff. If anything, the shipping used didn't require a signature which made me quite nervous (given the value of the contents). I'd recommend using a service which requires a signature (as I mentioned to the staff). Overall I was happy with service though.

My order of a Blue John pendant to Romania was as black as coal despatched in a W Hammond original Whitby Jet shop box via Royal Mail not by Fed Ex courier as specified, initial contact was made and an offer to refund a percentage of transport was made and a insistance that the item was Blue John, my final responce was that I was lucky that I recieved a colour variant as to what I ordered and no responce as to the refund offered yet. I have revisited the Blue John Gallery site to review the catalogue of Blue John Pendants- necklaces and cannot find a Black varient all have colour of varying degree but none completely black my initial order was BJG 2204 - Sterling Silver Blue John Classic Teardrop Necklace -HER 1224, which definately had colour in the display image, even the pre- despatch photo on the order confirmation although of minute proportion had some colour visible, yes I have now had a responce as to the postage refund but not an amiable one to wrong goods supplied.

I bought 2 rings online on a Sunday as a birthday gift having had a web chat with a member of staff who was very helpful. The website stated next day delivery via DPD. Given that it was Sunday, I didn’t expect the items to be despatched until Monday so stayed in all day on the Tuesday. Nothing arrived. I phoned late morning on the Wednesday (day of birthday) to be told that only 1 ring had been despatched & that was via Royal Mail (deliveries are very sporadic in my area). I enquired why the other ring hadn’t been sent at the same time and was told that it would have to be ordered from the supplier as they did not have the required size in stock (despite the website saying that it was in stock). So the second ring arrived even later in the week after the person to whom I spoke managed to find one in another branch. The items themselves were lovely but I was let down by inefficiency.

You provided excellent service, timely updates and package arrived in impeccable order. The item I ordered is truly beautiful but I was disappointed with this Georg Jensen creation {pendant} as the flowers are too small - I expected them to be bigger to complement the matching ring and earrings.

I emailed the company as I was buying a watch for my son's 21st birthday. The staff were very helpful and were able to tell me that it would not be possible to engrave the back. They adjusted the strap and sent the gift beautifully wrapped with my message attached. The watch is beautiful and this company exceeded my expectations
