When I first looked the delivery was 4-6 weeks But the young lady at Sellors went beyond good service, it was excellent and in just over a week. Thank you to you all, for a great service and my wife was really pleased with the gift.

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025Horrific, Do not order anything from this company. Ordered a watch winder 4 months ago, got told complete lies about the delivery time, 7 to 10 days they said. Here I am 4 months later after cancelling and getting a refund. I ordered the same Winder from the manufacturer and guess what? Next day delivery. Yet they've been out of stock at CW Sellors for 4 months, obvious lies and chatting with the manufacturer they are well aware of the negative reputation of this company. Even worse CW Sellors staff will straight up stop responding to you after awhile. This is without a doubt the worst Jewellers I have ever dealt with and reading reviews they should definitely be investigated as they advertise things in stock that are definitely not in stock. The 5 star reviews are clearly fake as every 5 star reviewer gives nothing but 5 star reviews on their accounts. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. Genuinely disgusting business practice.

Faultless experience from end to end. Items were shipped quickly (received next day) and securely. I would strongly recommend checking prices with CW Sellors prior to purchasing Jewellery, Watches etc. in our experience they are difficult to beat.

Harriet and Leah especially helpful on my last order which they could not fulfil as the watch had been discontinued. The manufacturer did not tell them. Phoned me asking if I would like a refund or a different watch. Leah did a lot of work finding which of my alternatives would be available, always phoned when she said she would. Staff in Ashbourne shop are always friendly and helpful. I am very surprised by the poor reviews I have seen, that is not my experience.

United Kingdom | 14 February 2025Awful experience. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. I initially ordered a watch with a promised delivery time of around 7 days, but I ended up waiting almost three months. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, and at one point, they started blaming the delay on Garmin discontinuing some lines and prioritizing other existing customers. Seriously? I checked Garmin’s official online store, and the watch was readily available. I only waited because they offered a better price. I needed the watch for a marathon, so after waiting too long, I ordered directly from Garmin, and got a good discount for direct purchase. Ironically, CW Sellors finally shipped my order shortly after that. Since I now had two watches and was also facing unexpected financial difficulties, I had to return the one from CW Sellors. I notified them within 14 days of intent to send the item back, as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and returned it within the legal 30-day timeframe. However, they refused to issue a refund, claiming that their "discounted" items must be returned within 14 days—which is completely unlawful. The Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to all online purchases, regardless of whether the item was discounted or full price. Their terms and conditions can not override statutory consumer rights, and their refusal to refund me is a clear violation of the law. Avoid this company at all costs.

The only negative thing I can think of is, I wished they sent out instructions on how to change the watch time and advice on how often you should wind the watch up etc because I've never owned a automatic watch before and I didn't how to look after it.

United Kingdom | 12 February 2025Selling stock they don’t have. Like the many other reviews on here I ordered a bracelet in January which has still not arrived. I’ve emailed multiple times and just keep getting fobbed off. The bracelet they’re ‘selling’ is no longer available on the Astley Clarke website, yet they are still advertising it on the Sellors website. Have had to raise a dispute with the bank as I’m very confident this order won’t turn up. Wonder if the company is in trouble, previous good reviews but all recent reviews saying the same thing.

I’ve dealt with Harriet a few times now, and she’s always been kind, helpful, and genuinely lovely to speak to. She makes the whole buying process feel personal, none of that cold, corporate nonsense you get with some retailers I can mention. From start to finish, the service was professional yet friendly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. If you’re after a watch (or anything else they sell), you’re in very good hands. United Kingdom | 11 February 2025i ordered a piece on 18th december and have yet to receive it, asked for various updates but got no email nothing I must have called at least 6 times and got excuses for the delay. i was promised a call back at least 3 times and nothing.. in the end i cancelled the order on 28th january and am yet to receive a refund and the item was over £300.00. The customer service not interested just promised to refund in 14 days for an item i have never had and no apology, in the end i had to ask paypal to step in..thankgod i paid by paypal they were great and opened a case for me to refund in 36 hours.. avoid at all costs totally unprofessional site

My experience with them has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. I placed an order, expecting a smooth and professional transaction. Instead, they sent me the wrong item the first time—a fundamental failure that should never happen in a supposedly reputable retailer. But the nightmare didn’t end there. When I tried to get things sorted, I realized that their website is riddled with incorrect or misleading information about stock availability, delivery times, and even product details. Instead of providing clear answers, their customer service was utterly unhelpful, offering vague responses and zero accountability. Now, after their initial screw-up, I’m being told that the correct order is delayed for a month! No proper communication, no compensation, just an empty apology and a long wait. It’s absolutely unacceptable for a company that claims to specialize in luxury watches and fine jewelry. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid CW Sellors/Jura Watches at all costs. Their incompetence and lack of customer care make them one of the worst retailers I’ve ever dealt with.
