Alexandra was great in assisting me with the selection and design of an engagement ring. I had an idea of what style of ring I wanted to purchase and she expertly provided me with several options and alternatives that culminated in the ring I picked at a very reasonable price that I was happy with.

The experience felt really luxe and personal, a little bit quiet in the showroom so made me feel a little awkward about asking to try on lots of different options. But I think this was just personal, the sales assistant was really lovely and made us feel like we could keep looking

I thought Lydia did a great job in explaining the variety of diamonds and specification. It helped provide further insight to us for a future ring. I would only add, as feedback, thought it was a little awkward being in a small space with other staff working in the background.
