I didn’t end up purchasing a ring with Cullen due to wanting a ring the same day, but their customer service was 2nd to none. Ellie walked me through everything there is to know about rings and diamonds knowing full well I wasn’t purchasing a ring with them. 5 stars!

I was a little hesitant about undertaking a virtual appointment for such an important piece but it exceeded all my expectations. Laura was so helpful and presented me with options that I hadn’t thought of and instantly fell in love with. The whole experience was so easy and joyful.

Golsa was so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. I came in to try on engagement ring styles as I had never tried any on to know what I loved. I brought along my best friend and highly recommend anyone that is unsure about ring styles to do the same. I came in thinking that I wanted a particular style but after trying them on I chose an entirely different style all together. I love that the service is complimentary with not pressures to lock in any purchases. All the info from the session is saved on file and emailed. The whole experience with Golsa was great, sharing her knowledge and explaining all the ins and outs of how to best decide on different elements of an engagement ring. I did a walk in to see the store. It was explained to me that they normally do by appointments only but Jane who assisted me was very accommodating and advised me that she could show me what they have. As a first timer, the service, patience and the friendliness of Jane helped me a lot and gave me more idea in identifying what I wanted. Thank you Jane!

Jessica was an amazing sales rep and was so friendly as soon as we walked in. She was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to explain things over and over again until we understood. She had options available immediately which helped to make us not feel so overwhelmed. She also was very attentive to our needs and wrote down plenty of information for my partner for when the time came to purchase. She was not pushy at all for us to purchase on the day and made us feel comfortable enough to work within our budget without feeling pressured to spend more. My partner commented how confident he feels now going to buy my ring over the next couple of months having her teach him how to use the online system and explain the 4C’s.

Me and my partner had a fantastic experience! The team at Cullen Jewellery were attentive in every step, which made the process of choosing the ring, waiting for it to get done, and picking up easy. What made a big difference for me was how they were excited for me and my partner, they made sure we knew that for them it wasn't just another sale but they were happy to be a part of this special moment with us.
