My savings rate was dropping after one year (tedious) so I've now closed my Tandem account. But the start to finish experience was really good - quick and easy to open/close the account, deposit/withdraw funds etc. and quick to answer the phone. Recommended.

Customer service was helpful but no resolution. I was advised you don’t accept payments from accounts not in my name. I asked for premium bond prizes to be paid to Tandem. Having said you don’t accept payments you accepted £225 but are not paying it to me or returning it to NS&I
