We had an excellent experience with Ramya Peela, who is the Property Relationship Manager at Edinburgh office. Though we didn't meet her in person, but she was always accessible through email/phone and kept us updated with any information about our request for a new installation of dishwasher at the rented flat. Finally the request got completed on time and we are quite happy with the overall expereince. The team at DJ Alexander had always been proactive in resolving any issues or executing any requests. Great job by Ramya and DJ Alexander team.

The staff I dealt with at DJ Alexander for the sale of my flat, Sarah McIntyre and Abby Grigg, were extremely helpful and prompt in dealing with things. They even organised the clearing and cleaning of the flat prior to sale and I see that as going the extra mile.

We had Jen come to our flat for inspection this week and she made it such an easy process! I was in the flat when she arrived and she had such a lovely attitude, she explained what she had to do, we talked about some points we wanted to bring up and she dealt with them instantly while explaining what would happen. We loved her!

Absolutely awful company. By far the worst letting agency on the market. Literally rob peoples deposits, So many others say the same thing, and they are literally the reason letting agencies get a bad rep. We left our apartment in immaculate condition, better than when we received it, which we have photo and video evidence of, yet they still deduct money from the deposit, so there is literally no point in cleaning your apartment when you leave as they will still deduct money from your deposit. STAFF was also terrible to deal with, taking ages to reply and not helping whatsoever. AVOID.

I recently agreed a let with DJ Alexander. Booking a viewing was very straightforward. After being accepted Laura McTaggart gave me call and an email. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She called me with updates and to check in through out. I felt in very safe hands. Laura sent me through tips for getting everything set up in my new property and there system allowed me to switch energy and set up broadband ready for my move in date. This has been a much better experience than my previous letting agency.
