First time renting with D.J.Alexander and so far a very positive experience. Elizabeth and Lauren were both amazing. I was moving to Edinburgh from London and had a very tight window of being able to view properties. Elizabeth organised everything for me so that I could maximise my time and also helped me out when other team members either didn’t reply or were less helpful. Lauren facilitated one of my viewings and my move-in and was efficient, friendly, and helpful.

Very helpful staff who turn queries and actions round very quickly.

Oliver was really friendly and was fast knowing I had to rush to work. He called a few minutes in advance before recahing my house as I had to go to work that day and was very understanding when I reached a few minutes late. He checked all the areas in a quick and efficient manners and checked on the progress of my report on the kitchen issue as well. Out of all the inspections I had so far this was definitely one I would appreciate.

This is a terrible agency. Repairs take forever. had ancient furniture. By the end of the tenancy the flat was left in great condition, even better than the state we got it in, and they had the audacity to cut a huge sum from my deposit regarding stuff out of my control, like cleaning windows externally, knowing Glasgow is a rainy city, and purposely delaying the post move out inspection, resulting in the delay of releasing of the deposit(what’s left) knowing that the flat got rented after my move out. Pathetic. Terrible experience

Hi Team We had Alexandra today, 26-Sep at our home for inspection, she was very professional in carrying out the inspection and asked us if we have any maintenance issues to report to the maintenance team and was noted all our points which is very pleasant and kindful and then she successfully reported to the maintenance team and also spoken to the landlord for the points discussed today, and confirmed us via email, much appreciate the work and we value her work. The DJ Alexander property management agent/manager Camron Lindsay has visited my property to carry out a routine inspection. I am a tenant occupying the property for 20 years and have always been satisfied with the agency. Cameron was very professional, thorough in his inspection and gone the extra mile to raise the repairment job within 2 days of his visit on my behalf. Great to know as a rep of the agency he does his job extremely well, and demonstrates great peoples' relationship management skills. Over the past few years we have been dealing with a wonderful, dedicated and professional member of the team. Timea Farkas or Mia as we know her, has been the most incredible help. She communicates in a timely manner and uses her own initiative to solve problems as they arise which is a huge advantage. All in all a fantastic ambassador for the company.

Just had the yearly inspection conducted by Lauren. She was super helpful, even suggesting maintenance jobs to make sure the flat is more comfortable to live in and that everything is in working order.

Initially there were too many members of the Alexander team involved in recent work on a flat between lets, so much so that one job was unnecessarily duplicated. However, the work was subsequently overseen by Cassandra Hogg and this improved matters greatly. She went out of her way to keep us informed and she organised tasks efficiently
