Stephen Lawson and his team, Abby, James and Giulia have been supportive throughout what can be an extremely stressful process of house selling. Stephen was always contactable. From the time of my initial meeting with Stephen I always knew I could get advice and support whenever required. The team took care of the advertising and viewings and kept me informed every step of the process. I was extremely happy with my choice of DJ Alexander to market and sell my property.

We had issue with our electric shower. I recieved prompt response with regards to my issue. Our issue was resolved in good amount of time and recieved regular updates during the process. Thanks to Property relationship Manager Ben Nicholoson for all the support and guidance.

DJ Alexander were incompetent and unprofessional from the start. Went to view the property and letting agent left three of us waiting outside for ten minutes, before someone called and said the landlord was inside, why not greet the viewers at the door? Viewed the property and decided to go ahead, asked the agent to proceed with an application, the agent said he had sent an email with my application, I later realised he hadn't, I called to resolve this and was told to wait, waited until the next day and asked for another application, so had to chase this up.. filled it out within 20 minutes and was told in the next hour I had been successful. Then the agent called me telling me the house was on a pro rata rate, meaning I had to pay two months upfront and the deposit, no mention of this on their advertisement or at the viewing! Highly unprofessional. Called and spoke to an agent regarding the situation, who apologised and said it was a mistake, that the rent was due on the 1st of each month but move in date was the 9th, I asked if I could move in on the 1st, so I didn't have to pay two months upfront.. to which the agent replied no it takes a week to draft up a lease and get the property cleaned and we are short staffed. It's no wonder the way the business is run, they can't keep staff. The date is the 20th of September then can't draft a lease and clean a property by the 1st ! It's as if they don't want anyone to move in. So they expect you to pay a full month's rent on the 9th and pay the rent for November on the 1st, plus the deposit and miss out on 9 days rent paid. What an absolute incompetent letting agent. Landlords using this letting agent will be very let down, losing good tenants to their laziness and untrained staff.

DJ Alexander responded promptly to my shower issue. Within 24 hours, they dispatched a contractor to address the problem of my shower not delivering hot water.

Thanks to Ramya,the property relations manager .She sorted my vegetation problem on my window exterior,which was causing lot of mess for long time, with her smart and kind support.I appreciate her approach to solve the issue very brilliantly by interacting with various people involved.well done Ramya.

As a whole I found my tenancy with DJ Alexander to be frustrating and stressful. I have rented with them since 2019 and moved out at the start of this month,DJs took ages to respond to any maintenance requests leaving us with a water damaged flat for 6 months and only responded when I threatened to withhold rent and organising contractors to attend was worse than herding cats. The only thing that has stopped them from getting 1 star is Amy Vass from the checkouts team. Once we handed in our notice Amy was quick and efficient at answering any and all questions we had and understood the points I raised when I challenged charges being made to me and as a result we were able to come to agreeable terms. I strongly advise the rest of DJs take note of how Amy works and learns from her as it seems she is about the only one who actually cares in that building. As a whole would not recommend people rent from DJs and anyone that is checking out request to deal with Amy as she is fantastic.

Laura Mctaggart was extremely friendly and cooperative throughout the process and was available everytime we needed help. She made the process of renting a house easy!

Laura McTaggart from DJ Alexander has been a true gem during the early stages our move-in process. Her kindness and willingness to help has made the experience feel a lot more navigable, as she is incredibly efficient, addressing all our questions (which have been, on occasion, quite obvious or niche) very promptly. Laura’s support has been taking a lot of stress off our shoulders and therefore, both me and my flatmate are extremely appreciative of her work.
