Having had a really positive experience with DJ Alexander as letting agents it was easy to use them as estate agents when selling my property. Once again they did not disappoint. Connor McNulty and Ruth Woodcock of DJ Alexander, Byres Road, Glasgow were amazing. They took care of everything. I live quite a distance from my property so I really needed people who I could rely on. No question was considered too silly and they always got back to me promptly. If I were to need their services again, I would not hesitate to use them. Thanks Connor and Ruth, you were both fantastic.

Was very responsive and supportive throughout the process

I had a regular flat inspection. The agency scheduled the appointment a few weeks prior and asked me if on this day I'd be available. The inspection was quick - it took only about 20 minutes.

From the minute our previous tenants gave notice to leave and our new tenants moved in, we felt supported by the end of tenancy team. Special mention to Alison McInnes, Elaine Thompson and Megan O’Boyle. Alison was always very prompt answering our numerous emails, providing really useful advice and guidance, taking us through the process without causing us stress. Alison was very professional but at the same time came across as a friendly and warm person, which put us totally at ease Elaine, was also great answering our questions and giving us regular updates regarding potential tenants Megan, was very prompt in arranging maintenance contractors in our behalf and again great with communication Thank you end of tenancy team for such a positive experience, communication, support and outcome

Lauren Brown conducted a fairly quick and efficient Inspection of the house. There was also a quick response to the questions and the improvements on the house that I asked for.

I have recently had an issue with damp in one of my properties and Alison McInnes has dealt with the issue promptly updating me on every aspect. We recently received an email out of the blue stating that their agent would be accessing our rental home on a certain date to carry out an inspection. Much in the same way the police might with a search warrant. The correct thing to do considering we are indirectly paying their fees, would be a courtesy email, requesting a convenient time for inspection. Stonehouse were terrible agents (to the point we had to communicate directly with our landlords about defects issues) , and it seems DJ Alexander wish to carry on the awful service in the same vein.

Me and my friend just locked in on a property which was listed by DJ Alexander. The whole experience has been very swift and methodical. Beginning with the property manager who showed us the property- John Sturgeon. He helped us view the property and answered all our doubts. He readily picked our calls and was sweet throughout the process. He was professional about everything and provided us with sound advice whenever we reached out. Now, next onto our agent who helped us with the entire documentation process- Chloe Mitchell. She was very cooperative. She also was readily available to answer our doubts and communicative about the process. She really ensured that each step of the checks happens in a proper way. She was also very helpful throughout. Also shout-out to Gemma, who showed us the property on the day we were handed over the keys, she was super sweet and showed us all the ways and made us feel confident that we can finally move in now happily. The platforms at DJ Alexander that are in place are really helpful and not at all cumbersome, they help in carrying the whole documentation phase quickly. I would suggest people to refer to these guys for finding the best property.
