We have been with DJ Alexander in Edinburgh for over 10 years and are very pleased with level of service and support provided throughout our time with them, both with securing suitable tenants and dealing with our tenants / maintaining the properties. Always find the team to be professional, with timely action and response. Management fees may seem high but value for money as we don't have to worry about our properties being well managed.

I have recently received exceptional service from two members of staff in D J Alexanders; Natalia Piekarska and Finlay MacNeill. I have been letting a flat through Alexanders for many years and they have always found me reliable and trustworthy tenants. Natalia has just sent me a thorough, detailed and comprehensive annual report on my flats's condition which, by coinicidence, highlighted a couple of issues that I was already attending to through Finlay in the maintenance team. Finlay has been extremely helpful in these matters.

Amazing service and the property manager Gemma-Louise was very nice and friendly, she obviously knew her job very well, she delivered and I was very happy and felt comfortable talking to her.
