I have changed letting agency I believe 3 times over 5y. And DJ has been by far the best. Tools are in place to reach out in case of requests, issues are treated timely, and I always got a feedback. I have been particularly satisfied with Amy Vass who has helped ++ with my end of tenancy (which not an easy one...). I am actually quite sad to leave the property; both DJ services and the owner were serious in their follow up ; and the flat was stunning. Zosia took us around a flat in Marchmont, Edinburgh a few days ago. She was extremely helpful, and explained what the rental process - from application to tenancy - looks like. As new student renters, this was invaluable, and helped us get our bearings and feel confident in the process. DJ Alexander has a number of flats on offer and I've had good experiences with people I've spoken to on the team. Their online system for booking viewings does not always work but this is because viewing space for flats here run out so quickly, and that is made up for by how friendly and helpful the team is.
