DJ Alexander is a shocking company. They try to take money from deposit to cover wear and tear which is illegal and when I questioned this I was told that if I dispute this then I could loose more money. Bullyish tactics! I was initially with Braemore who were fabulous. DJ Alexander have no care for tenants

I recently moved house with DJ Alexander, taking up the rent of a new property. The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. I was guided throughout the whole process and supported every step of the way. Laura Mctaggart, our application advisor, was always there by phone or email whenever I needed help or to ask a question. She does the utmost to help tenants, and is supportive throughout the entire experience, from beginning to end. I cannot recommend DJ Alexander, or Laura, enough!!

They provided me with a disgracefully inaccurate move in report - especially regarding cleanliness. Then tried to get me to sign a document which said I would pay to get the property professionally cleaned (which was unlawful at the time). On move out attempted to charge me for things which I had brought to their attention on move in. Written and photographic evidence was clearly marked by myself on the move in report but they still ‘tried their luck’. They do not care about the tenant and only show loyalty to the landlord.

The inspection of our flat was conducted seamlessly, with clear and effective communication regarding any issues discovered relayed promptly to the landlord. This proactive approach not only facilitated swift resolution but also fostered a sense of trust and cooperation. Additionally, the assistance provided in replacing furniture proved invaluable, enhancing the functionality and spaciousness of our living environment. Overall, the experience was highly commendable, leaving us grateful for the outstanding support received.

DJ Alexander is a very good company with reliable service and also wonderful by provision of quality properties to their clients. I would always like to have properties deal with this reputable company and willing to introduce friends and relatives to their good works. I went for viewing today with Maureen Cruickshank. She took her time during the viewing and was not rushing me through the process. She was respectful and took in to consideration my needs. All my post viewing requests were followed up on and communicated back to me in a timely manner.
