I recently had tenants who moved out of my property after over two years. There were a few issues in the property that needed to be addressed before the new tenants could move in, and both Stuart and Scott handled the checkout process very professionally and stress-free.

I recently received notice to leave my flat as my landlord plans to sell, but I was able to view, apply for, and get approval on a new flat nearby within seven days - a miracle in the current Edinburgh rental market! I am landlord & DJ Alexander are looking after my flat in Edinburgh for last couple of years. I am very unhappy with services I received. There is no named person responsible for my flat. Therefore, at every occasion I communicate with a new person & have to start from scratch. They don't bother to reply to emails & even don't acknowledge. This happen repeatedly over last couple of years ie after few correspondences they disappear & don't bother to reply or acknowledge emails. Most recent I sent email 10 days ago but no one reply or acknowledge. This is their regular practice. All they remember to detect fee every month. Very disappointing & pathetic!

I recently viewed a property under the assistance of Kieran Mooney. He provided an outstanding service, was happy to answer all my questions and was very patient whilst I had a thorough walk around. Lovely Natalia from DJ Alexander conducted the annual inspection for the property which I rent in Edinburgh, she was very considerate and polite throughout the whole inspection - which she conducted swiftly and professionally, listening and responding positively to any points raised.
