Been using them for 15 years now. Recently they've been excellent at dealing with a tenant who stopped paying rent, initially refused to leave, and then left the place in a bit of a state. All handled by DJA (and Wojciech) with reassuring calm and smoothness. Not only did they reassure me, they also made sure that the tenant was treated kindly and fairly.

Laurie Smith is my property manager and any problem I have with my property is no problem at all to help me.
